I’ve been here a few times and never had a service problem until today. I ordered mobile pickup and they made the drink wrong. I politely told them and the lady at the counter snarled and threw out the drink and once the new one was made slid it to me without an apology, not a look or anything. These drinks are expensive and my order was not hard or intricate. She needs to learn a simple error didn’t need to turn into a whole ordeal.

Rachel was working the night of December 27th and she was absolutely fantastic. My family of 9 were all at this location. Rachel did not mess up one order, made us feel so warm and welcome. All of the employees were fantastic that night but Rachel stood out the most. Will be back!

Great place to pound out a few hours of work. Service is great, staff are friendly. Sunny days in the morning can be blinding without the blinds lowered. Music can be a bit loud and shop can get a bit noisy at times even with noise cancelling headphones...but not to the point that it's disruptive.

Still great and inexpensive coffee... the atmosphere is little boring and awful choice of pastries etc... I recently visited 3 location of Starbucks...Warsaw, Paris and Cannes. Why is this possible. There they have pastries high quality sandwiches with great selections it's just incredible the difference Why?

Not a great experience, we were wondering why the drive through was taking so long. But once we got to the window we seen that there was one woman who looks to be handling all the orders and food. And the other blonde hair woman has been sitting there texting openly one her phone.
We have been in the line since 10:17am and just left at 10:40am thats crazy just for 3 iced latte s. Normally I wouldn't complain but it just feels like a waste of time when the workers are texting on their phones in front of the customers.

Dropped in to this location today and was quickly served. Lots of seating available inside and out. This was a good sized Starbucks. Friendly staff. Parking lot was small but spaces were available and became available frequently. Good experience here. Patio was spacious and umbrellas available to shield from the hit sun.
Ordered a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino and a sourdough grilled cheese through the drive-thru. The drink was sweet and refreshing, and the grilled cheese was warm and satisfying. Overall, a solid pick-me-up. Service was okay—nothing bad, but it could’ve been a bit more friendly or efficient. Still a decent stop if you’re in the mood for something quick and comforting.

The Uxbridge Starbucks is one of the best in the region, friendly service, accurate drink mixing, nice eat in space and eat out patio, and environment, extra clean washrooms, good parking and access. Quick drive through responses. It's worth driving further or stopping in on a country cruise.

Amazing people, so pleasant to walk in and be greeted with smiles and friendly hello's! Appreciate the quality espresso and healthy food options. Glad Uxbridge is finally trying to bring in better quality to compliment the amazing local shop owners.
Lately my coffee order has been a hot mess. When I pay $7.00 for a coffee, it needs to be perfect everytime. Disappointed
