From the moment we sat down, his warm, professional, and attentive service set the tone for a wonderful evening for my family and I. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, offered excellent recommendations, and checked on our table with perfect timing, even with the holiday rush!!
What truly set Martin apart was his genuine care and proactive approach. He noticed small details, like a nearly-empty drink or a preference for extra sauce, and handled them seamlessly before we even had to ask. His friendly and engaging personality made us feel like valued guests, not just another table. Martin is a true asset to the Swiss Chalet team and the main reason we will be back very soon

Ordered quarter chicken dinner and dinner rolls was hollow and so stale and hard that didn't pounding it on the counter would not dent or break it. Service was very slow as it always is in the Uxbridge location. When tried to call the restaurant no one answers the phone
*UPDATE* George (manager) invited us back for in-house service for a chance to correct this issue and I Thank you George as the food was good, fresh and the service was amazing. Thank you for a pleasant evening.

Service was amazing, our waiter was very happy and upbeat. Orders were correct, only issue is the food seemed cold and like it had been sitting around for a while and they forgot to give the chocolates that come with the festive special, the best part of the meal lol

Haven't ordered takeout for about 6 months because our orders are always wrong but I thought I'd try it again today. I ordered seven entrees and of course one of them was wrong had to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant to get it fixed again. Uxbridge Swiss Chalet needs to hire people who can read and fill orders correctly, is that too much to ask?

We stopped in on Labour day. We really loved the flavour shots for chicken (sweet Thai chilli and buffalo). Note that there is a slight charge for these. The chicken was moist and tender. The young lady serving us was very nice. I would visit this Swiss Chalet location again.
