First of all, foods great but the management now, are ridiculous, fired a young great gentleman by the name of Andrew, he brought me joy every Tim’s visit now it doesn’t feel like home. I’d like a manager to come up and re hire Andrew, he was a man of the people and a great human being. #BringBackAndrew

Slow don't know what there doing can't order off the menu they don't have most the ingredients if you value anything don't come here they bumped into another employee with my pizza and still gave it to me after I watched my toppings hit another employee's back and they still messed up my order I will not be coming back also not very sanitary

i ordered a bagel (used my points) and they barely put cream cheese and i asked for lightly toasted and the bagel felt cold not to mention there were only two customers in there.. this was the night staff by the way, i normally come in the morning and it’s perfect im sad

Your order is never i mean never right. The only place that has been consistent is eastern Canada.
Terrible experience at the TH drive through tonight around 8 pm. I tried to order a dinner deal and the agent couldn’t place the order in the computer properly. She said that lemonade quenchers weren’t allowed then chocolate chip muffins were allowed. She would get the price to be correct at $8.99. In frustration, I asked for a Supervisor and she said she was one. After 10 minutes of trying to order, I gave up and drove away. Clearly this person needs more training. I said I had ordered these items before with no problem. Very unhappy with the service.

The timigrants here are out of control . I ordered an everything bagel double toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. I had to repeat my order numerous times before they got it right . I got my bagel it wasnt even cut in half and had some jeets beard hair in it . Another meal destroyed by timigrants
