Usually have a decent time at this Tim’s. But sucks when u get the wrong milk you ask for especially when u request the plant based alternatives. When I told staff to correct if she said she couldn’t hear but the screen read my actual order. Please take this more serious as I could have allergies. Need younger staff that can actually communicate too.

Updating my review, I come here often and It's still a very good Timmies but be prepared it's always busy especially the drive thru. Had great service from a young man called Andrew.
