Drinks
Old Fashioned: watery, barely any alcohol and over the top with bitters. Overpriced for the quality at $14.
GingerTINini: basically Bailey’s with spice on top. Overpriced at $17.

*We didn’t complain about the drinks but this was the first sign the experience wasn’t going to be good.*

Appetizers
Warm Olives: Good…but hard to screw that up.
Crispy Cauliflower: Ok. Store bought for sure. But we ate them all.

Mains:
Feature Striploin & Frites: Ordered Medium-Rare and it came out blue. Demi glade was thick and salty and Gorgonzola was too overpowering. Meat quality was awful. Presentation was sloppy.

Linguini Noodles: Bland store bought pasta with no seasoning. 3 shrimp included.

Both mains were sent back. We gave up and asked for the bill. Food quality at this restaurant is awful. Waitress who was nice but was quoted saying at one point “I don’t cook the food” and when she returned with another cooked steak to go “take it and you can feed it to a dog.” Yikes.

We were charged for the drinks (should have complained and left then) and appetizers (which we did eat), but not the mains. All said with tip was $68. Pretty steep given the poor experience.

A Fabulous restaurant in Uxbridge. Had dinner with my cousin. Everything was excellent! The owner visited our table and made sure all was well and we were enjoying everything!
I had Bass with stuffed squash rigatoni, with seasonal vegetables. It was excellent. It was the worth the drive from Toronto!

My wife and I had a great dinner tonight, highly recommend the caesar and arugala salads, had the amazing Butternut squash and apple soup, Brussel sprouts and meat ball fettuccine. Atmosphere is great and service outstanding. We highly recommend 9 by Tin.

We had such a wonderful experience at 9 by Tin! We ordered the chef’s choice pasta, and it was so delicious that we had to order it again. It also happened to be my birthday, and when the staff found out, they surprised me with a delicious carrot cake to celebrate.

A special shout-out to Saeed, who made the night unforgettable by singing “Happy Birthday” in my language — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! Everyone there was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made the evening even more special.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Italian food and wants to enjoy a warm, memorable dining experience. 🍝🎂💛

Amazing service, great menu, and probably the best meal I've had in years! Great place! We've followed Don in his journey since 2006. 9 by Tin is the best of the best. ❤️

A great spot, upscale in terms of atmosphere but not at all stuffy. Staff and service very attentive and provide details to the very varied menu as needed. Prices not unreasonable to the higher quality food. Appetizers, mains and desert were all prepared with attention to all facets of quality. Space and bar area very warm and visually appealing. Somewhat noisy but lower area tables were more quiet. We will certainly be going back.

FABULOUS place to eat. Owners and their amazing Team form Bartenders, servers and kitchen are wonderful. Warm, cozy, fun, comfortable atmosphere. There is a wonderful long bar that I can go and have a drink and food and visit. Highly recommend you try this place out. Wonderful food.

The taste of the food does not warrant the cost of the meal. The server and food runner were great. They did not have the bottle of wine we ordered but they presented a bottle they said was exactly the same, even though it was good, it was not the same grape variety or country.
We sat in a booth not far from the door. There was a standing partition next to the door to block the wind from reaching the tables around it. A lady, not realizing it was free standing, knocked over the partition which hit the back of the booth. The host walked over after after a few minutes of her apologizing profusely, picked up the partition, put it back into place and walked away without saying a word to us and went back on his phone. Not one person from the restaurant came to check and see if my husband was OK, if it had hit the back of his head at all.....luckily it did not hit his head.
Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

I recently started working in uxbridge and was looking for something comforting on a cold rainy day. Tin restaurant was the perfect stop. The carrot ginger soup is beautifully creamy, warming, and satisfying for a cold weather day. I got a london fog and I genuinely don't think I've ever had one as delicious as this one was. On top of the excellent food, the service was phenomenal, with warm smiles and an atmosphere that turned my day around. If you get a chance to stop by uxbridge, this is a must visit location!
