Sunday brunch was delicious. The potatoes are the best breakfast potatoes in the land. We had eggs Benny and the breakfast sandwich w some mimosas and London fog tea. Highly recommend. We go for dinners too and they are always amazing.

We have dined at Urban Pantry a few times in the past, however this time we were very disappointed and dissatisfied. Place was empty, service was non existent and cold, had to wait for food almost 45 minutes with no apologies whatsoever... finally when the food arrived it was too salty. We decided not to go back anymore as a family.

We had heard good things about Urban Pantry so we decided to try it out for brunch while in town. The ambiance was great, the staff were friendly and the food was pretty good, but the service was extremely slow. It took us 45 minutes just to get our order taken. When asked if we wanted our coffee refilled, we said yes, then had to wait 15-20 minutes until our server had a chance to circle back around to refill our cups. While the inside of the restaurant was full, the patio still had plenty of available seating so we're not sure why the service was so slow. We anticipated there would continue to be long waits so as soon as we received our food, we asked for our bills. We would maybe return again to give them another shot or try dinner service, but Urban Pantry didn't live up to then hype for us.

Reservation was easy to make. The food and drinks were great. Server was attentive and overall experience was wonderful as usual. Its definitely not fast food and the menu is crafted with local and fresh ingredients. Highly recommend.
