Had many issues with cold temperature food and incorrect orders in the past. A notice to future customers, they don’t take 50 dollar bills or higher.

Edit: I returned with smaller bills for some reason, ordered the exact same items and got a different total. To clarify the order it took 3 attempts after the initial order. Over the loud music and quiet speaking employees, this was a painful experience. Unless responded to or changes are made, I will not return and share my experience with anyone in the Uxbridge area.

This review will be removed/improved if changes are made.

Brought the family in for lunch and our order came to $52. They wouldn't accept a $50 bill because they were worried it could be fake. We cancelled our order and went and gave McDonald's our business instead.

I ordered one burger (a Dave’s single) in the drive true and no cars were behind us, yet they told us to pull up front to wait for the food, 20 minutes later I received it and it was COLD! Like what

Went there for breakfast on a Saturday morning at about 9:30 a.m...
There was a car in front of me.
They ordered and then I did and when I got to the window they asked if I could pull around to the front and wait for my food. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location.
I waited out front for 15 minutes for my order to be brought out to me.
The people that were in front of me looked over at me and we both got out of our cars and walked inside and asked what was going on?
They didn't say anything. They didn't apologize again. They just handed us our food. They didn't try to make any restoration or anything else like that for us. Waiting for our orders for over 15 minutes. Very bad service will not be returning. Like I said in other posts about other fast food restaurants in this town. What is going on?

Thwy made us pull around. We watched the drive through and no one else came through. There was no cars behind us. The don’t hire kids anymore trying to make money. They only hire cheap forgien workers. They messesd up are order. Do not reccomend coming here anymore i used to come here all the time. And its no a constant disapointment since they got rid of all the kid workers.

The only reason I go here is for the Cherry Vanilla Coke. They all have those special machines now. This is one of the few restaurants that doesn't have it at the drive thru.
Doesn't matter what time i go in there, day or night, 4 out of 5 times i go, the machine hasn't been filled with the flavors and no one cares.

I don't think the owner gives a crap about the customers or the business and it shows.

First time was just ok so I gave it another chance. My bad. Burger was undercooked and only browned on one side, excessive condiments. Fries,what happened to the good fries, they tasted like cardboard. This Wendy's is a fail for me. McDonald's across the street is better option here.

Ask for Dave’s double burger combo and a plain burger combo. They got our orders wrong and then continued to bring us the wrong order with 1 fry, 2 double cheese burgers and 1 drink. This is very bad service ?️??️

Wendy's is now open in Uxbridge, love the interior and exterior newish look. Burgers are good, I feel staff are still learning, but it will come , I will return

Oh boy. One of the last pillars of quality fast food experiences. Fell and crumbled into a large pile of rubble and dust to be scattered through the wind. Similar to the chunks of sawdust disguised as chicken nuggets I was served. I'm not foolish enough to write off an establishment for one bad experience, but this is just forewarning. I only had to wait about 5 milliseconds to receive my order after paying, but maybe I'm in the minority who prefers quality over swiftness. Next time please consider cooking the food after it's ordered, especially if it's the only customer waiting.
