When we sat down for lunch recently, we waited at least five minutes for the server to come over (nobody else was there) and give us menus because she was engrossed in a conversation with several other women at another table. She knew we had come in, but there was no acknowledgement and she ignored us. I was getting up to go and ask for three menus, and she finally came over. Service was average at best. Just had the worst service ever. I don't know what was going on, it really grates me that local restaurants want you to support them but the experience falls far short of being "tippable" service.
Placed order with DoorDash, Two of the burgers were raw. Been customer with Wimpy's forever, this is the first issue ever. They moved to new location, second order since they moved. Guess will think twice before ordering again. Prices go up quality goes down.
