Ate chicken parmessan with fettuccine Alfredo. Chicken was very tough, obviously was precooked and heated up. Topped with processed cheese slices. The glass of Italian red wine was good. That was the only good part of my lunch. Also, very noticed an employee sitting in the middle area, folding napkins over utensils, while eating a meal at the same time. I won't be returning anytime soon. Do not recommend this restaurant.

A classic tavern type bar. If you like to drink and watch sports this is your place. I went for breakfast and the food was above average. Service was pretty good as we went as a party of 30 people and the one waitress did a pretty great job to serve us. Atmosphere was alright nothing that stood out just classic stuff hung on the wall. I feel this is a good place for wings or bar type food. Washrooms inside. Place was decently clean. Large bar inside.
Parking: Some parking on the street but there’s a parking lot that’s shared on the side of the building with cibc. It’s free.

New to town and Found this place by sheer luck. Food was great portions were bigger than thought, service was good. When in UXBRIDGE again will definitely be dining at Wixans.

Had the Prime Rib special - absolutely great. UPDATE- left this review a couple weeks ago. Went back yesterday for our goto prime rib special and it's been discontinued. Too bad. It's now much more like three other restaurants in Uxbridge. Still good food and great service, but more standard pub menu.

It use to be a wonderful restaurant, over the years it's got worse and worse. We use to come a lot and then it tuned in to once in a while in hopes it was just an off night. Today was the last time for sure.
.. The menu was cut in half; they charge of a health drink for kids, everything was soo well done it was hard as a rock ( chicken and pickles) and things are just tasteless now. We just left feeling ripped off and not happy at all.
It's too bad as it was once a nice small town little restaurant.

A totally mediocre dining experience. The food was barely warm and tasteless. The service was disingenuous at best. At $70, dinner (and no tip) was a major disappointment. We won't be back.
Lots of menu options including a lot of healthier choices. Staff was very pleasant.

Food- ordered fish and chips , didn't taste good. Too greasy, fries didn't taste fresh. Fish is bland. All I taste is salt. My husband ordered chicken fingers and they didn't taste good either. It's not thoroughly cooked but they were very nice and recooked the fingers when we complained. The servers were very friendly and nice.
