I used a coupon so the value is excellent the food was very good I just think that maybe they need to change their fryer as my hash browns were a little bit fire tasting. But overall excellent breakfast and the coffee is always the best

Absolutely horrible experience Staff was rude Management are just as useless Waited 20 min to even get my order and it was wrong! When i mentioned it the woman who took my order insisted I pay again after I paid on my master card and the payment was successful. Never again will any A&W in the Sudbury area see my hard earned money!

Poorly managed. Understaffed. They have three people running a Monday evening rush and staff need to run constantly to meet demands. Get more people on the floor to run this location.
