food was good and staff was excellent and friendly. Only reason I'd take a star off is the strange rules A&W's head office seems to be enforcing upon the poor workers. Like, idk why everyone's doing those custom writings on coffee cups. I know the feeling of personalization is maybe nice, but it would be nicer to know that the hands making my food were being treated fairly and were happy in a stress-free work environment.

It's a nice place, the place is all clean except for one lady's wearing A&W Jacket, I do not know whether is hair or fur but it was everywhereon her jacket, it was a little gross to have someone putting on that serving food
