It's a nice place, the place is all clean except for one lady's wearing A&W Jacket, I do not know whether is hair or fur but it was everywhereon her jacket, it was a little gross to have someone putting on that serving food

I used a coupon so the value is excellent the food was very good I just think that maybe they need to change their fryer as my hash browns were a little bit fire tasting. But overall excellent breakfast and the coffee is always the best

Absolutely horrible experience Staff was rude Management are just as useless Waited 20 min to even get my order and it was wrong! When i mentioned it the woman who took my order insisted I pay again after I paid on my master card and the payment was successful. Never again will any A&W in the Sudbury area see my hard earned money!
I was so disappointed, I ordered a chubby chicken and the chicken was a patty and very soggy what happened to the crispy piece of chicken. I won't be ordering that no more and it almost $10
