We have Chinese food approximately twice a year and we have always trusted ChopStix to deliver great tasting food.This however, was the first time that we were so disappointed in our meal.The spare ribs were hard and dry, the egg rolls were over cooked, there was way too much batter on the chicken balls and bread shrimp and the rice didn’t taste like anything.I truly hope that this is was just a one off.
I had a fantastic dining experience at an authentic Chinese restaurant. The warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a delightful culinary adventure. From beautifully presented dishes bursting with flavor to exceptional service, this restaurant left me wanting more. Highly recommended!

Some of the worst Chinese food we've had in a long time. Ordered take out on a Sunday night. Person taking order had difficulty understanding our order but after several minutes we got it cleared up.Food arrived promptly, delivery driver was friendly.Unfortunately the same can't be said for the food. Almond Soo Guy was horrible. Breaded chicken was hard on the outside and mushy on the inside. Sauce was a congealed glob that was inedible. Almonds were a handful of whole almonds in a bag. We usually expect ground almonds. Was odd.Chicken balls again were coated in a very hard shell. Dough inside was mush but chicken was ok.Shrimp Foo Young was extremely greasy with oil floating on the top - lacking in real gravy. Oddly it was served with chicken in it as well.Fried rice was cold but was warmed up in microwave and the best dish we had.For the cost of this meal we should have ordered pizza.

I had take out for my family. It was delicious and cheap. Can't go wrong. The wings and chicken fried rice was my favourite and my kids love the wings and chicken balls.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it. It was easy for them to eat without being picky.
Recently visited the place, it was a wonderful experience. The service was really good and the staff were really friendly as well.I especially like the Singapore Noodles. I also like their Szechuan chicken and spring rolls. I’ll definitely be back !

We bought a dinner for three for me and my kids. The good part was really big portion size. Slight disappointment on the chicken balls. The meat was very hard rather than tender. The batter was hard as well. My kids loved the fried rice and egg rolls. we tried a second time take out, ordered ginger beef. it was very disappointing. it is completely different to the ginger beef that i had in my mind. Ginger beef in my mind should be crispy fried beef in dark color, with a sweet and salty taste. this time, i had sliced pieces of beef with larger chunks of peppers, onions and carrots with the pink pickled ginger that you usually see when you eat sushi. it was a bit of disappointment, unfortunately.

The food is amazing, but it’s nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone so that you can order ahead of time. It’s very frustrating.
