Considering the premium price I pay for these items, I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and value provided. Given the increasing competition in the market, it is essential to prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of quality to retain loyal customers.

No personal grudges; an old lady Employee has been always rude with customers who dont tip.Very much disrespectful.Also gets pissed if customer requests for some cooking instructions example for fries well done!Worst on service. Had same issue multiple times.

Worst kfc ever. Gravy isn't close to the same chicken tasted weird(that's from a child) Also losing a lot of business ALOT by not accepting phone orders for pick up or delivery. I'd rather talk to someone than go online! Will not go back and will recommend NOT to eat there! I too would give zero stars if I had the option.

Ordered pick up online left the house at the time where it should of been ready got there and had to wait a few minutes before someone came out told him picking order he looked at the computer and saw my order so he went in the back to get it ready 20 minutes later i got what i ordered this is the 3rd time in a row that it happened never again i will order from you guys and the free popcorn won't cut it mary brown is in Val Caron now much better food and service.
