I have been a customer of Little Caesars for decades. In college 2008, I use to eat a hot and ready several times a week and it was amazing at a cheap value. Of course time and inflation have occurred and its still relatively cheap to acquire. Over the years my tasting palet have changed and I don't know if I taste a difference to the crust that I can't quite tell if I enjoy or not. I have had various menu items such as the stuff crust pizzas, the classics, deepdish and even the new crazy puffs. I haven't been disappointed in my pick ups with the pick up even which leaves me lacking interaction with staff to warrant 5 stars. Quality of the food has zero complaints.

Typically I don’t do reviews but I’ve given this location many chances and every time I’m beyond disappointed with the food. The service is great, the staff is friendly however every single time I order here, the food is either very very undercooked and doughy, or beyond dry where I feel like I’m just eating the box. I find myself going to another town instead because they’re doing it correctly. I even tried the breadsticks this time and they tasted like they’ve been sitting for hours.

Besides the fact that they take forever to make pizza and never ever have any hot and ready pizzas they tried to charge me $2 for extra pizza sauce. I understand extra charges for toppings like cheese and whatnot but sauce come on now. Literally every pizza place does extra pizza sauce for free. I know they do too cause I get pizza here at least once a week for my kids and you can order pizza online through their website and there is an option for extra sauce that doesn’t cost anymore money. They just tried to rip me off thinking I would pay without thinking about it. Probably trying to pocket the extra money. Wonder how many people they rip off daily and pocket the extra money. Will not return to this location. It has gone way downhill since they hired all new staff. I attached a pic of their online ordering showing that extra sauce does not cost anything. Shame on them for trying to rip me off. I hope the owner reads this and takes action. This kind of practice can and will kill a business.

I stopped by to order breadsticks and macbites they said it would be 15-20 minutes When I went back 20 minutes later to pick the up,I ended up waiting for an hour along with a few other customers that weren’t happy.
Ordered from Uber eats Little Caesars confirmed order and started preparing at 4:45. Delivery driver got there and at 5:26 they have any even started my order received my order at 5:55 was missing a pizza. Uber eats driver did say that he questioned them saying that they're supposed to be four pizzas and Little Caesars said no there's three. I really couldn't do anything I had to go through Uber eats which I was credited $8.80 that doesn't even cover the cost of the pizza. This wasn't Uber eats fault as the guy was fantastic and tried to help me out a lot.

Very friendly staff. They pizza was fresh and absolutely delicious, it was a Hot 'n Ready Canadian with breadsticks, also nice and fresh. Last minute supper for my son and myself as we were running late for a meeting. 2 yumms up?
