We come here often and always have an amazing experience! The staff are always welcoming and friendly and the manager always goes over and above making sure everyone is happy! Would recommend to anyone!

Staff pays more attention to the hardcore drinkers, than the people in the dinning room.

We both ordered wings and fries and both our orders were undercooked. Fries were terrible and it raw. We were going to send it back but if you can't cook fries and wings right, we didn't want to risk ordering anything else. Dana was awesome.

May have caught them on a bad day...BUT, we stood at the front door for 10 minutes...ALL staff on would look at us and keep going (and NO it was not busy at the time, like at all). I finally yelled out "hey do we just sit anywhere?" then, they paid attention.

The food was so-so. My daughter enjoyed her burger, my husband didn't mind his sandwich, mine wasn't great. The bread was staler than stale. It literally crumbled when I tried to pick it.

Overall, all I'd say the place is meh and won't be rushing back there. There are better choices all around them.

as a previous employee of overtime sports bar and grill I want to inform everyone to watch out while eating here. Your food is served in a very poorly cleaned kitchen with mould and layers of dirt that are never cleaned off the surfaces, overtime sports bar and grill is very cheap and would rather sell you food that mould was touching instead of giving their customers fresh food. Your food is all frozen and store bought nothing you eat is fresh besides the sauces we have to refil everyday. The waitresses and manager have SUPER poor and rude attitude who talk a LOT of trash about customers or tables. Managers and cooks are ALWAYS drunk/ drinking and getting high on the job and treat their staff as if we are nothing, Please rethink your dining choices and go somewhere clean and worthy of your money!

Was disappointed they close at 10pm on Thursdays, especially when the Stanley Cup Playoffs are on TV. Literally had to leave after the second period and go to another sports bar to watch the third period. The name is literally "Overtime" but we had to leave before regulation ended, ironic...

I don't recommend paying $20 for a tiny, dry piece of chicken breast that tasted burnt.. not even the goatcheese pesto sauce saved it as the taste of burnt chicken overpowered the sauce. I also do not recommend coming here if you do not like being seated at dirty patio tables.

We were waiting for our food for way too long, It was not busy at all. When I went to ask our waitress how much longer the food would take, I could hear the kitchen staff in the kitchen talking loudly and socializing, so I was not surprised when I received my food and it was overcooked.

Final thing, our group asked to be seated out on the patio, the tables were absolutely filthy, wipe your hand across it and you'd have dirt all over your hand. The waitress that seated us was very quick to leave the patio.. after she apologized for the umbrellas that were laying around she explained they had to take them down from the wind. Not a big deal however they were in the way. I had to pick up and move the umbrellas out of the way so that we didn't have to constantly walk over them to get to the bathrooms. It was quite obvious the tables haven't been wiped down for days.

The waitress that seated us was not the same waitress that served us the entire night which was a younger lady who was attentive and helped move us inside when the food was taking too long and it began to get dark out. and I don't believe It would have been fair for me to get her to pick up the slack where her co-workers were slacking.

Overall that was the only staff member I was impressed with. The experience is definitely turned me off of visiting this location for a period of time and not recommending it.

The only thing I enjoyed on my plate was the fries and gravy, but it's something I can easily make at home. I can easily burn a small piece of chicken at home.

Customer Service could use some work. I ordered from them through Uber Eats. Two items were missing. There should have been two of the same combo of items (sandwich and salad) we got one set. The woman who answered, when I said there should have been two, said "that's my fault" then said her manager said we have to deal with Uber eats. They wouldn't complete the order despite having done that the last time they got the order wrong. Uber eats handled the monetary end of the order fast and to above standards. Overtime won't get another order from us.
