I usually order online at this location. my experience during the weekdays are fairly good. the sub was usually well made. my average experiences came from weekends, i've experienecd missing veges, the sauce was not either too much or too little, sometimes the veges and meat were just falling out in the wrapping paper. i do hope the people who work on the weekend follow instructions a bit better, and pay more attention to detail.

We recently went to Subway, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The owner was extremely rude and unwelcoming right from the start. He didn’t make our sandwiches properly and was very stingy with the vegetables, even when we asked politely for more. When we tried to explain our preferences, he responded with attitude and made us feel uncomfortable. It was not the kind of service we expected, and we left feeling dissatisfied.

Great place to grab a quick, tasty meal. The staff at Subway in Val Caron is friendly and always makes my order just right. Fresh ingredients and lots of choices to pick from. Highly recommend!
It was really bed experience. The front old man was really rude. He has no sense of awareness how to talk with any customer . I just asked if they have any student discount then he responded genuinely rude. And also passed unnecessary comments on selection of my sub sauces choices. This is not the way to talk with any customer. I personally don’t recommend anyone to go there.

I called at this subway location and there was a guy may be he named Dhruv and he was so disappointed when I ordered subway he was talking to me in abusive communications and he was insulting me about my preference in my food. I would strongly suggest owner of the place to replace this type of staff which is making your customers away.

New sour meat subs! New ownership is consistently stretching their meats WAY beyond safe expiry. Why would head office not see fresh meat and ingredient orders drop in half since new ownership? Perhaps they are taking the fresh ingredients home to feed family?!

Went to grab a sub here today during a stressful chaotic day and the staff were kind of cold... the Lady making My Sub repeated the word "Please" each time I said what I wanted on the Sub. Will admit I should use it and ask kindly but today was not great for Me and My mind was elsewhere. Plus I was charged like $18 for just a footlong sub. Wow. Insane. I remembered this place once being busier and being a bit more inviting once upon a time.
