Subway in the Valley isn't the same as it used to be at all. Very cheap with their subs. Don't give many toppings or meat and I think they are swapping for cheaper ingredients. Dirty establishment. Go somewhere else. I think my bill was more than it should have been but not offered a reciept!

The manager is crazy and needs to lose his job!!! I work and manage the pita pit and he came in to YELL at the 3 young boys, my coworker and I had to tell him to leave the store… it honestly looked like he wanted to hurt these kids! He proceeded to walk out and stand in front of our door like he was waiting for them to leave, I told the young boys to stay inside and to contact their parents about what just happened…He tried to justify his actions by saying that those boys were causing trouble, but I asked them if they even went to subway and they told me that they were going to but he kicked them out the minute they walked into the subway so they came to pita pit, as a manager that is no way to handle any situation, it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable there’s no excuse to yell and get in the face of a minor!! I’m completely disgusted with this man, I would give 0 stars if I could!!

Considering I got there 5 minutes before they closed, I was pleased to see everything was still set up and they hadn't started putting away everything and still had my preferred bread. She was extremely friendly, and made my sub to perfection.Vegetarian options: Lots 0f new veggie only options but I pile almost all of their toppings on my BMT.

Really felt I was overcharged for two subs. Almost $35 but didn’t get the receipt or anything, it was busy and buddy ran off to help other customers. I contacted customer service and 12 days later, still waiting for a reply. Incredible!Never again Subway
Ordered 3 subs, one was a chicken bacon ranch, got home opened it up to find turkey bacon ranch, didn’t even know that was on the menu, called the store to inform him of the mistake that I didn’t have chicken but turkey instead, so he proceeded to yell at me that I ordered a turkey bacon ranch and it was extra for the chicken and to bring them all back. Threw it in the garbage. Absolutely disrespectful and will never go back there again
