Every morning I get and Iced coffee here and every morning it is PERFECTION. As you know this is not always the case at a Tim Hortons and I appreciate that at least my morning coffee will be perfect every day! The staff is also delightful!

Used to be the best Tim Hortons and I went daily still do until today, lately the drive through and inside is beyond slow, over ten minutes for a drink, get to the window on multiple occasions and my order is wrong, they rush you through ordering then get it wrong. After waiting ten minutes for one drink to be made wrong, wait again, and hope they’ve made it right this time. The service at this location has gone down hill. Slow slow slow!

The Tim Hortons in Val Caron is the best in town! The coffee is always hot and donuts always fresh. My kids love the wraps, quenchers, and other goods available. Trevor and his staff are always so welcoming making a great start to any day. The Val Caron Tim Hortons sets the bar high for the other Tim's in the area with the outstanding food and customer service.

My Best Friend Forever and I have very busy lives. We decided to meet for a coffee and ended up ordering meals because the Menu offered a great selection of meals. The young man serving us (Augustine) was very polite, professional, and helpful and beyond patient with these two "older" ladies. He laughed with us when it came to our silliness and excitement to get out. The meal - new to us - Crispy Chicken Cravable - was delicious! We actually overstayed our visit (3.5 hours!), but the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. We were treated w the utmost respect during our visit and vow to return to catch up again in the clean and welcome environment. Great job with the store for staff, food, and clean restaurant. Definitely word of mouth advertising. Sorry for delay in the review. Busy life, but made a point of posting this Review 😎
