We arrived after a long day, sat down the service we received was not great. They gave us terrible service to start with, she came with a bad attitude and they charge me coffees that i didn’t even get.

Absolutely amazing breakfast at Nico’s!
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. The food? Next level. Perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and the fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. Easily one of the best breakfast spots around—highly recommend!

Says "family restaurant" on the sign but we felt so unwelcomed as soon as we walked in the door.
Our family came here yesterday at 12:45 and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with our waitress.
The restaurant was beautiful, atmosphere was nice and the food was great, but sadly since the moment we walked in we were not treated with very much respect. 5 adults and 4 children (7,3,1,4months) and the waitress immediately excluded the kids from the head count and pointed to a back table of 6 and told us to go sit over there, (I asked for a high chair on the way to the table), we had to pull up an extra table to ours (it wasn't being used and we were in the back corner and need the extra space) and then she came back and told me I can go get the high chair myself at the other end of the restaurant. My father in law was about to get it when the other hostess kindly brought it over to us.
The kids were not exceptionally loud or disruptive, they were quieter than some of the other guests who were yelling across the restaurant to another group of guests.
My 3 year old came to the other side of the table and knocked a sign over (his dad caught it other than a small plastic piece) and told him to pick up the piece, thats when the waitress came and snatched the (big wooden) sign away and almost hit my three year old in the head with it.
I asked for my $23 quesadilla to be made a certain way (with just chicken and cheese) and no onions and she rudely said that they can't change the way things are made and it comes with salsa on it, and I asked again to have it the way I like and she said she will try. Didn't come back to tell me if they could or not just brought the food out later without saying anything.
We watched her be friendly and converse with the other guests and it was very discouraging to experience. If another restaurant in town had of been open, we would have left and gone elsewhere.
