The food here is amazing- I loved the 'Ring-on' smoked onion soup and beef tartare. My wife and friend enjoyed the espresso-encrusted steak but thought there was a bit too much espresso (VF used to use a different cut of steak in the past for this recipe - the current use of Flank steak seems to have a higher ratio of espresso). Excellent fine dining experience. The wine was organic and fabulous. The duck was divine. Salads were exquisite ? I'd stay away from the steak fries. The salmon linguine was quite salty. Only order it if you really like capers. Overall, a great experience as the staff are pleasant.
Vert Fourchette is soooo delicious and you need to go eat there now! They've had to reduce their dine in menu because of covid. But even a Ceasar salad tastes elevated here. Thought out and fresh.
