We have sat outside during summer months and enjoyed the atmosphere. For us, it was pretty average but the location is very convenient. The food is good but a little pricey.

Not the best experience. The calamari were dry and lacked flavor, and the Negroni came with crushed ice — not how it should be served. We were sitting on the patio, and when we asked for ice cream, it was served in a paper cup, which felt off for dine-in. The ice cream did taste great though — probably the highlight. The servers’ appearance didn’t feel very professional either. Overall, not what we expected.

What a lovely and wonderful experience this was. We were in a large group and yet the staff were extremely attentive and patient with us, the pasta is delightfully cooked and I can’t wait to return and try other dishes that caught my eye. The live music brought a wonderful vibe to our meal.

We had an event with a big (20+) people on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full. All meal courses were delicious. Service was prompt and attentive given the number of people. The atmosphere was quite fun; the singer had a great voice and, together with the hostess, was able to engage the crowd and make them dance with Italian and American songs. Highly recommend especially for Saturday nights for dinner and entertainment.

I don’t like doing this unless I truly had a bad experience.... but their pizza's are some of the worst I’ve ever had, and it’s a shame because the crust isn’t bad and it’s cooked in a stone oven.
The Margarita, the hardest pizza to mess up, was a total let down. The tomato sauce has zero flavor and while I like Fiore di Latte cheese, there was WAY too much making the pizza wet, coupled with the bland tomato sauce, the pizza had no flavor.
We also had the Patate pizza and again, I am sorry it was just awful. The potato’s were so thick and wet (not crispy at all), the pancetta was barely cooked and had the texture of chewy chicken, they use huge black olives (and way too many) and the red onions were basically raw - not caramelized whatsoever. It was heavy, soggy (the dough ripped apart and was mucky / wet) and the whole pizza went to waste. Again I’m not saying this to be mean, but to provide constructive feedback because the pizzas were about $20 each. I can get an incredible ‘za from other places around for the same price. I’m sorry but I need to be honest and warn that if you want a good pizza, this place isn’t it.

Our experience at 9Baci was amazing. It was a girls night for about 8 on a Thursday night. We had a blast. It was karaoke night and everyone wanted to partake. The place was charming, the atmosphere was magnificent and the people incredible. The owner Adele was so welcoming and attended to all the guests personally and made sure everyone was happy.
We hosted my future sister-in-law's Bridal Shower at 9Baci & we cannot say enough good things about the experience. 9Baci made it so easy by providing the linens, sweet card, backdrop & champagne wall. Along with those items we also got to pick which chargers, glasses & utensils we wanted for the night. We brought in our own flowers by all the decorating was done by the staff so when we got there as hosts, we just got to sit & enjoy!
The food, as always, was next level. The Bride & I are both Celiac & the staff went above & beyond to ensure that we were safe to enjoy our meal.
There was never a moment that there was an empty glass, a dirty dish on the table or anything wanting anything. The service was exceptional.
Thank You to Cathy & her team for truly making this an unforgettable night.

Had a good meal with excellent service. We dined on a weeknight which we know didn't offer entertainment. Looking forward to a night of catching up. To our surprise there was a large party beside us with a DJ as well. Everyone was having fun, but we were not part of the party. We couldn't have a conversation. We would have preferred if the restaurant called us to let us know that a party would be on with loud music. We then could have made the decision to dine there or elsewhere. Not sure if we would return.

9 Baci fails to follow up with customers as promised. Very unprofessional customer service. We booked a very special family event and had to cancel after invitations were already mailed out. We booked our venue months ahead of time only to be told that another event was booked at the same time and were given the spot that was promised to us. We had to find an alternative venue at the last minute. Owner would not even take my phone calls or come out to apologize when staff returned our deposit. Very disappointed in the poor customer service. Have everything in writing before booking any event at 9Baci. Will not be returning to this restaurant again. Very Poor Management.
