9 Baci fails to follow up with customers as promised. Very unprofessional customer service. We booked a very special family event and had to cancel after invitations were already mailed out. We booked our venue months ahead of time only to be told that another event was booked at the same time and were given the spot that was promised to us. We had to find an alternative venue at the last minute. Owner would not even take my phone calls or come out to apologize when staff returned our deposit. Very disappointed in the poor customer service. Have everything in writing before booking any event at 9Baci. Will not be returning to this restaurant again. Very Poor Management.

I haven’t been this frustrated with any restaurant ever. I ordered 2x charcuterie boards for my sister’s wedding. I called in 3 days before the big day to pick up the DAY OF the wedding… Later to found out, they placed the order a day before the wedding and they were basically telling me that I had no choice but to pick it up today and not the day that I originally asked for. They also told me the total would come to 120$. Not only did I have to drop everything I was doing to pick up my order but I so shocked that the total came out to be $271… extremely irritated with their service and attitude. Ruined my day, they think the world revolves around them.

My first time here. Food is delicious. Servants are pleasant. Atmosphere is beautiful. We asked our servant why the owner doesn't serve bread before the meal. Tge owner is very well aware that many customers ask this but he won't change his mind. If you want bread you order foccaccia on the menu. This is the only Italian restaurant that doesn't give you bread.

Tried to order takeout on skip but kept being cancelled because they couldn't get confirmation from the restaurant. Called to order for pickup and no one answered. Took 4 calls and half hour to finally get a answer. Picked up food and restaurant was pretty much empty with at least 8 servers standing around doing nothing. When I mentioned skip and unanswered phone calls they said oh we have phone issues. Really.. your losing customers. Food was not great. Lasagna had no sauce and was mushy, penne was overcooked. Been patronizing this establishment since they opened but lately they have gone way down hill. Goodbye 9 baci

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 5th anniversary so we called ahead of time and made a reservation, when we arrived they offered us a high top table at bar which is unacceptable especially since it was a special night for us. The waitress was rude and did not make any effort to accommodate us on regular tables which were freely available. Furthermore, there was no parking on site and they locked the main door and asked the guests to use the shaddy patio door on a cold night. Never going back and we don't recommend this place due to their bad attitude.

The food was very disappointing. We were a group of 16 people, who went for a birthday celebration last night. We ordered lot of food, arincini, salads, calamari, chicken diavolo, few pizzas, rissotto and fish. Nothing I can say was good. Even the cocktails were bad. It felt like they have diluted the drinks. The only thing I liked was the ambience as there was live music.

Great place for authentic stone baked pizza. The environment is warm and classy, and the staff are friendly and personable. When our pizza got mixed up in the kitchen, our server compensated by bringing us dessert at the end of our meal!
