They sat us at a table that was way too small for our group, with one person on the end that did not have room for her plate. Tables are very close together and it just feels too crowded to enjoy. We waited more than an hour for our appetizers and at that point had not ordered our mains. During which time the live music was very very loud which made it impossible to carry on a conversation. There was no break in the musics and at times it was like the singers were shouting into the microphone. My husband said his calamari was pretty good but the bruschetta with burrata was served on a tasteless pizza crust that was very bready and soggy. Not much taste in the entire dish. Very disappointing. Once we ordered our mains, it took another hour for them to arrive. My husband didn't mind his veal Parmesan. My chicken limone was so bland that I asked for Parmesan cheese to flavour it a bit. Then we asked for salt which added flavour to the sauce. The chicken looked and tasted like it was boiled with not a speck of browning on it. Someone in our party had the risotto which was described as dry, hard and bland. Another had the veal scallopini which was tough and chewy. No flavour. We all ended up using the salt shaker. I would have given 1 star but there was a few saving graces: *free dessert that was the highlight of the meal *our waiter was funny and kept apologizing for the ikitchen being so backed up *the owner's daughter had a beautiful singing voice and sang a couple good songs. Sorry.... I won't be back.

Food was good. Staff as you pay disgusting, they should be put in jail. I went to pay. There was 3 infront of me. 1st person bill was 31.44. They handed $40. Girl said i have no change, let me go to the back. Never came back person left. They did this to the 2 infront of me. I alway carry loose multiple bills. My bill was 30.39 I gave exactly 30.40 no tip nothing. Becareful at 9 baci. Cashiers are thieves

I made a reservation roughly 1 week in advance to host my daughter's birthday with her friends. 2 hours before dinner, I receive a phone call from Jaosn at 9 Baci telling me that they took our reservation by accident and need to cancel on is because they rented out the whole restaurant for a party. When I told them that they should be embarrassed, the kitchen manager got on the phone and told me not to be rude, the proceeded to tell me to go f*ck myself. No wonder this dive has changed ownership 10 times. This place is GARBAGE WITH GARBAGE OWNERSHIP AND GARBAGE STAFF.

Excellent Italian restaurant with delicious food and a cozy setting. You can have your dinner and a glass of wine on their very comfortable outside seating area. The server was extremely kind and helpful, and the service was wonderful, although there was a mistake in the order that was soon corrected, and the tables outdoors need to be carefully cleaned each morning. However, each dish we tried was quite tasty, so we will most certainly return.

When we saw that there was new management we were very happy to try 9 Baci again. Unfortunately our experience was far from good. When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted promptly. That's was the best part of our experience. Our server seemed like they didn't want to be there and not particularly interested in any questions, but took our orders. Also a few tables over there was group of upset people and a staff member trying to defuse the situation. Our appetizers arrived and they were just OK. The people at the other table left and you could tell they were not satisfied with the situation. When our entrees arrived they were both cold and bland. At that point we just ate them anyway and opted not to order desserts. If this is an example of the new management it definitely needs a lot of work. As there are many very good Italian restaurants in the area I would suggest choosing one of them instead of going here.
