This is not like the regular a&w. Ordered cheese burger-there’s no cheese. The buddy burger is not like other a&w without the yummy onion condiments just one dry patty and a bit of ketchup. And took so long for the order to come out

We like A&W. It's a reliable establishment, usually. I eat it quite often. Whether it's Bramalea City Centre or this gas station one, we always enjoy it.

The service here, however, was quite good as well. Food was great, per usual. A&W for the win.

I give the atmosphere a 3 though considering it's in a gas station and the old man hacking a few tables down was a bit unsettling.

The customer service from Priya and Simran was the worst. I was explaining to Priya that one of my burgers on order was done incorrectly and doesn’t match the receipt to which she completely disregarded my request and told me that Simran was the one who made the order and said it was done correctly. Now I have to drive back with both burgers to show them that my order is messed up. By the time I got back home the 1/2 burgers I ordered is completely cold and disgusting

I had a fantastic experience at A&W! The service was outstanding, with staff who were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was spotless, making the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Service at this location is terrible. 3 girls that just chatting at the back and laughing loudly. Had to wait to order and called them multiple times to come. Order is wrong everytime, they ignore preferences

ordered organic chai with sandwiches
but they didn't have the chai so offered earl grey
when i got the tea it has one bag earl grey and another one is different i can smell and taste it in the tea

also asked for 3x3 but it hardly has 2 sugars

Why do I have go park and wait for my food after I order from the drive thru window. What’s the purpose of having a drive thru at all then. Slowest A&W ever too! The female manager there is rude and awful at her job.

I used the drive-thru to get my lunch, and the service was very fast. The burger was delicious, but the onion rings were overly salty. Fortunately, I had a water to help wash down all the sodium. Overall, a mixed experience with some room for improvement!

I bought 2 combos with onion rings as a side. All of the onion rings were burnt.
