The customer service is so bad , they are just rude , i asked for extra onions in the burger as i didn't get any lettuce. And they gave me literally no onions and a note saying pay extra for more toppings. Also i have written to charge me extra for onions before in note as well . This is the onions they gave in burger btw . Even less than before

I often come to this location which is very close to where I live, this visit was for breakfast, but I’ve been there for dinner lunch….. everytime I’ve been there the service and the food has been phenomenal, the employees no matter who I’ve interacted with have always been helpful, Rishi, Tanisha, Anchal……… all great representatives for the A&W brand.

This was the worst experience I have had at A&W. It was a late night, and we were just out for drive and craving dessert. We went through the drive-thru and order a strawberry milkshake. It was not a shake! Realized quickly that it was a smoothie. I went inside to ask for a shake. The worker there said that this was a shake, and that the machine made it. She said they don't do smoothies. They do, I checked their site late on. Worst experience! It wasn't the mistake or mixup. But it was the way it was dealt with. Walking away, felt like I was at fault. That I had ordered wrong. No attempt to rectify it, nothing.

My go to visit place for night, as food is always fresh and staff(Ansh) makes sure that the order is perfect. Dining area is always clean. Great job🤗

Came to the drive thru to ask if it was possible to have my order made on a seedless bun as I have a sesame allergy. I was assured they would be able to do so, but when I returned home with my food it was made with the sesame bun.

Very frustrating experience. I accidentally selected the wrong pickup location on the A&W app, and there is no clear way to cancel an order or contact customer support—only a survey page. When I called the store for help, the staff member (SIMRAN) repeatedly interrupted me, refused to listen, and offered zero assistance beyond telling me to cancel through the app, which wasn’t possible. Extremely poor customer service and lack of basic support. Staff need better training on how to handle customer issues professionally.
