I recently had the vegetarian poutine and I must say it was not up to the standard I would expect. The portion size was quite small for the price of almost $17, and the fries were cold and lacked sufficient gravy. It is generally considered best practice to use fresh fries for poutine, and it appears that this establishment may not have followed this practice. Additionally, the fries were not salted, which further detracted from the overall experience.

i ordered a simple grilled cheese sandwich, so simple, yet it took over 10 minutes. Not only did they not have enough workers, their workers were disrespectful as well. was it worth the wait? no. will i ever order from here? never again. learn how to respect customers before working.

Working here is nice
2024 Classic poutine was good with warm fries. The bacon poutine is NOT bacon and gross. It's spicy sausage and yuck.

This was the worst experience of my life. Line was longer than any roller coaster here and I was harassed by numerous children along the way. When I finally made it to the order window, I was practically assaulted for handing money instead of paying with debit. On top of that, I spent almost $20 on one small pitiful poutine. My friend ordered an orange Fanta, which caused her to get attacked by brutal insects and on top of that, it tasted like urination.0/10

They don’t tell you they don’t do refills and the Mac and cheese was definitively not for human consumption.

Actually some of the worst food ever created my the human species. Long wait for 3 people. I got a Grilled Cheese and holy gosh that thing was pathetic. A whole bucket of sadness was poured into that factory-produced cheese, along with the bread that came from walmart packaging for 1.99. Such a sad meal, my girlfriend saw it and felt disrespected by such meal being created. Best part was the price tag, $18 + TAX for the grilled sadness.

Very very impolite manager not recommended at all
The poutine itself is fine. But DO NOT enter the line if it's more than like 5 people. I entered the line when it was full, and it took an hour to get to the front.I think it was the longest line (time wise) I did in the park. The debit machines just weren't working consistently and when they would work, it would take a long time to process a transaction. The actual food also seemed to take surprisingly long to put together considering how simple it should be.Also, it's actually kinda small. The portion.
I saw an ant crawling on the back of a worker and decided to get out of line. My bf did not and he ended up getting sick. If you eat here, you'll spend an hour in the restroom instead of in line for a ride. Shut this place down.
Went here with a friend to get some poutine. While in line, I saw a flying insect of some sort fly into an open poutine box and disappear under the cheese gravy and fries. A worker packaged the box and handed it to another costumer. I freaked out and changed my mind because it was so unsanitary.
Horrible. The poutine was cold, and tasted horrible. The staff was incredibly rude and the fountain drinks didn’t have any ice. I am never going there again. The grilled cheese is okay though.
