I am daily costumer of bar burito I almost visited all barburito in Ontario. This location is the worst till the date just because of the girl serving in the staff she is super rude while serving I don’t she is trying to scare the customer also lie that the washrooms are out of order one I went to wash my hands. Washroom is in proper condition working. If you guys don’t allow the customers to use the washroom then who’s gonna use the washroom? I just want to inform the owner. Please check out your staff and let them know how to talk to the customers. Thanks

I usually go to multiple different BarBurrito locations and everywhere else the service and food are always spot on. The staff are friendly, the portions are fair, and the food tastes fresh and flavorful. Unfortunately, this location has to be the absolute worst BarBurrito I’ve ever visited, and it honestly does not even compare to the standard of the other stores.
I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl and it was a complete letdown from start to finish. The portion size was tiny—by far the smallest I’ve ever received. There were barely any toppings added, and only three shrimp in the entire bowl, whereas at every other BarBurrito I’ve been to, you usually get a handful of shrimp. The few shrimp I did get were cold, tasted lowkey raw, and were completely unappetizing. To make it worse, there was barely any Bang Bang sauce—it was almost nonexistent. That sauce is what gives the dish its flavor, but here it was so little that the bowl tasted bland and dry. Overall, the food was poorly prepared, lacking in freshness, and truly felt like a waste of money.
What made the experience even worse was the service. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive, acting as if serving me was an inconvenience. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced that at any other BarBurrito—normally, staff are polite and respectful.
Between the cold and undercooked shrimp, the missing toppings and sauce, the ridiculously small portion, and the rude service, this location is by far the worst BarBurrito I’ve ever visited. It completely ruined what is normally a reliable and enjoyable meal for me, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Good location and the establishment is vary colourful, however the floor is wet by the cashier as something licking out, needed to work on house keeping in wiping down tables and washroom maintenance.
I go here all the time, it’s one of my favorite locations! the staff is always nice and the food is always on point.

I ordered three chicken bowls and they didn’t have enough ingredients and girl was like I can’t make 3 bowls n didn’t even offered an alternative. I eat burrito regularly n have never seen a location with empty containers. Will never visit this location again.
