Ordered takeout from here recently and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I had the garlic naan, onion bhajiya, and lamb korma. The lamb itself was tender, which was the only highlight of the meal. However, the rest of the dishes lacked flavor and didn’t really motivate me to order again. The naan and bhajiya were quite underwhelming. Hoping this was just an off day, but based on this experience I probably wouldn’t return.

Very disappointing experience. I visited this restaurant and waited for almost 15 minutes, and no one even came to offer a menu or acknowledge me. There was no greeting, no water, nothing. It felt like customers were being ignored.

Good service starts with basic courtesy, and unfortunately that was completely missing. I ended up leaving without ordering. I hope the management improves their customer service because first impressions really matter.

I waited for my order for about 20 minutes. When I asked the staff, each time they told me it would be ready in 2–3 minutes. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just be honest and say the wait would be around 30 minutes.

From start to finish, everything was impressive. We ordered prawns, chicken roast, paneer, and chilli paneer — and each dish was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The meat dishes were tender and well-seasoned, and the paneer had just the right balance of spice and texture.

The butter naan was soft, fresh, and paired perfectly with all the curries. To top it off, they surprised us with their special homemade rose butter ice cream — and honestly, that was the highlight. It had a unique, rich flavor and tasted truly homemade and authentic.

Overall, the food, service, and hospitality made our visit memorable. Definitely a place we would love to come back to and recommend to others.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Touch near Promenade Mall, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it feel like a true hidden gem in the area.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Paneer Biryani. It was absolutely outstanding—perfectly spiced, aromatic, and the paneer cubes were incredibly soft and fresh. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care put into the preparation. It’s easily some of the best biryani I’ve had in Toronto.

The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. If you are looking for authentic flavor and great hospitality, I highly recommend checking this place out.
