I visited this location at approx 5pm today. The gentleman before me ordered the beet carrot juice with cash. He went to the bathroom and I saw the female employee make his drink. She grabbed the beet container and then picked out the beets with her bare hands…. no glove and did not wash her hands after handling the cash. I thought it was disgusting. When she made my drink, I watched her carefully I didn’t see anything that would have caused concern. When she filled my cup, there wasn’t even enough smoothie to fill the large cup? I have never got a Booster Juice smoothie that wasn’t completely filled to the top. I have been to many Booster Juice’s within the GTA and I am definitely not coming back to this one. Cheap portions and clearly not sanitary.

I always have a positive experience here, the staff behind the register are polite and friendly. Only takes a minute or two to receive your order which is extremely convenient.

I usually go here once or twice a month, never had any quality issues, staffs are friendly as well— today I stopped by for 2 regular sized drinks, the manager served me & made the drinks. After leaving the store, I noticed both drinks were lighter than usual, upon opening the lid I noticed there was about 3/4- 1 inch gap from lid to the drink.
Personally has never happened in the past, so I hope this will be a one off, these drinks are quite expensive so I would like to have my moneys worth instead of getting the “shrink-flation” version.

Recently, Sahara introduced me to the app, and it’s been such a game-changer. My order is always ready on time.
