Shayla was working there when we visited today and she was so awesome! She took the time to explain all of the different boosters to us as well as give us recommendations on the smoothies and was super sweet. She made the smoothies really fast as well and they were so delicious!

An amazing smoothie place to go to and provided some amazing juices smoothies to members at goodlife. The manager also made an amazing gift basket to raffle off to support youth with autism and intellectual disabilities. Try the pumpkin swirl smoothie it’s great! Friendly safe at the event.

First time trying booster juice. Great experience at this location, Alexia and Lakh were so nice as soon as i walked in, they helped me decide on what drink to get . The berry cream sensation ? ?, I wasn't going to get a wrap, but glad I did. The tuna wrap was amazing and not soggy like other places. This is the booster juice I'll be going to mostly. This is quite popular in Canada. I tried mango hurricane but it was quite sour unexpectedly. Not sure why I didn’t like it much. I wanted good taste of mango, strawberry and content mentioned for this juice but it wasn’t the case, it was chilled and sour that’s the only feel I had after tasting ?Maybe I would try something else next time and update the review if needed.

I love coming here! They make drinks well (it's usually not too sweet but also not fresh), the booster balls are delicious, the employees are nice, and it is always clean. The only time I could (jokingly) say it was messy was when my brother and I found $50 on the ground in there!There's not much to say, it's basically how all places should run.

Used to come here every morning for the last few weeks. This morning was the first time I missed my breakfast. Unusually busy morning, lady was doing her best to keep up. But it took 20 mins to see the lady in front of me in line and I wasnt gonna wait another 20 mins for the cashier to take my order, was already late for work by 5 mins. Very consistent location, hoping they had backup staff for unusually busy days. The next closest booster juice is 7 km away, about another 30 min trip back n forth.

My recent visits to Booster Juice, particularly today, have been incredibly disappointing. The owner of this location, Sahara, appears to be the root cause of the issues with the staff. Despite constantly reminding me that she owns the place, she is clearly unfit to manage a team and is the reason for the employees' lack of knowledge and positive attitude.As I arrived, I noticed Sahara talking down to her staff and micromanaging their every move. It was uncomfortable to witness and undoubtedly contributed to the employees' lack of engagement with customers.When I approached the counter, the employee appeared nervous and unsure of themselves, which indicated a lack of training and support from the owner. Sahara's poor management skills and failure to invest in her employees' development are undoubtedly to blame for the staff's lack of knowledge and expertise.It's a shame that Sahara's Booster Juice location has such unknowledgeable staff, as it detracts from what could be an excellent customer experience. I sincerely hope that she takes responsibility for her management shortcomings and implements the necessary changes to improve her employees' knowledge and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and products.
