Pasta night is a good night here!
First time at this Boston Pizza location for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. We were quickly seated in a comfy booth and proceeded to enjoy our dinner meal while watching the game. Tuesday night $15.99 pastas from their menu is a good deal and the $9.49 kids meal comes with a drink, spaghetti or chicken fingers & dessert.
Jambalaya Fettuccini still comes in a heaping portion with plenty of shrimp, Italian sausage & chicken in a slightly spicy marinara sauce. Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo had a thin white wine Alfredo sauce and good balance with cherry tomatoes & shrimp. The meal was quite fulfilling and each was served hot with a tasted thick slice of garlic bread.
The bar side booths seemed somewhat understaffed with one bartender managing the entire set of tables, booths and those who sat at the bar counter. She did a great job managing, taking care of eventually everyone and also flipped the giant screen to the Leafs game at another patron’s request.
Skip it or hit it? This Canadian restaurant chain is still a solid casual dining spot.
