Boston Pizza is just another fast food place with a touch of dinning. The service is bad but is not the server fault is the management as it so busy and they don’t have enough staff. The atmosphere is full of loud music with screaming, so is so hard to even listen to your partner beside you. Food is so bland, we order the shrimp pasta and it was so watery, pasta so thick and tasteless… but that’s in me what else can I expect?? hahaha
Overall this is a place to have if is a last choice, even chuck and cheese at the side is better. Management has to improve a lot

I met with my girlfriends for a birthday dinner and Elsa was our server. She was wonderful. Friendly and very attentive. We stayed a lot later than most patrons and Elsa was very nice, didn’t make us feel rushed.

Stopped in and asked if they could store my kids birthday cake because ChuckECheese didn't have a fridge, and they did without hesitation. Kind and decent humans, willing to help, great management! We'll make sure to drop back in for a beer and pizza soon! Big thanks, saved the day.

Every once and a while we decide to do a family Lunch/Dinner here. Thus time we were helped by Tamim. (Hope i spelled that right) I could talk about the food or the atmosphere but I want to tell you about him. He is 5 🌟. The absolute definition of someone who enjoys their job. Hes was super friendly, k ew his stuff. His recommendations were spot on and fast. He was so polite to my two young daughters and even joke around with my youngest when her imagination got the best of her. Yes the food was good. The restaurant was clean but Tamim is the reason for this review. Hope to be back soon and to have him as our server.
