I adore mexican food and I was always skeptical of “burrito-boys”. But…. I was wrong. I had a splendid moment having quesadillas and salsa serviced and made by “ Sumaiya” and “Tanav” especially their personal touch on my peculiar order really made it worth the try. I drove 20 minutes to pick up my order at 7:50 pm on a Friday night, only to be told they’d run out of rice—so no burritos. With management this “thoughtful” and “well-planned,” they might as well rebrand the place to No Burrito Boys

Our food was handed to us cold, and the portion size for what we ordered was ridiculously small. Not to mention the quality of the meat, absolutely inedible.

Always a great experience at Burrito Boyz. The burritos are fresh, filling, and full of flavour. I had the bean and cheese burrito which was perfectly cooked and fully loaded with sauces which pull out very well. Staff were super friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. Easily one of my favorite spots for a quick, satisfying bite.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately asked, “Are you here for Uber pickup?” — no greeting, no eye contact, just an assumption that I was a delivery driver. It seems like they’ve started counting every customer as an Uber driver, which makes the experience feel rushed and impersonal. A simple “hello” or acknowledgement would go a long way. I’ve enjoyed Burrito Boyz in the past, but this kind of treatment is really off-putting.
