Unfortunately, I may be boycotting all together. It used to be amazing but has gone wayyyy downhill.
Our food was handed to us cold, and the portion size for what we ordered was ridiculously small. Not to mention the quality of the meat, absolutely inedible.

Always a great experience at Burrito Boyz. The burritos are fresh, filling, and full of flavour. I had the bean and cheese burrito which was perfectly cooked and fully loaded with sauces which pull out very well. Staff were super friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. Easily one of my favorite spots for a quick, satisfying bite.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately asked, “Are you here for Uber pickup?” — no greeting, no eye contact, just an assumption that I was a delivery driver. It seems like they’ve started counting every customer as an Uber driver, which makes the experience feel rushed and impersonal. A simple “hello” or acknowledgement would go a long way. I’ve enjoyed Burrito Boyz in the past, but this kind of treatment is really off-putting.

I had an amazing experience at Burrito Boyz, all thanks to Kirtan and Heena! As a vegetarian, I was really hungry and struggling to find any open places late at night. Luckily, I came across this location, and I’m so glad I did.
Even though most stores were closed, Kirtan and Heena went above and beyond to help me. They made a special vegetarian dish just for me — I don’t even know what it was called 😂 but it was absolutely delicious!
Their kindness, friendliness, and top-notch customer service truly stood out. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and genuine service anywhere else. Big thanks to both of them — you made my night!

This is the best place I’ve ever visited! I absolutely love their food—especially the loaded fries and the burritos, which are packed with flavour. I visited on Saturday night as well as today, and the girl who was working on Saturday was so sweet and helpful. I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and colleagues.
