Horrible service. We had to flag down our waiter multiple times for service. Then when we finally got one of the waiters attention she said from afar , “what?” To which I replied can we get the bill. Then it took them a whole 30 MINUTES to bring me the bill. I made my family get up and go wait for me in the car and I stood by the door to see how long it would take them to notice that the bill wasn’t paid. After noticing that they were cleaning my table I flagged down the manager and told her. “You know I could’ve gone without paying my bill right?”
This isn’t the first time either. The last time we came my whole family got their meal and I had to wait an extra 25 minutes to get my order.
I suggest going to any other location other than this one.

I had a cappuccino and a cheesecake. Both were great. Service is fast and reasonably friendly, but nothing spectacular. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Quite pricey. Overall a good experience.

Nice place, but it doesn't have a takeaway facilities for drinks. It's quite strange, I had to deliver hot drinks in upright position, not a simple task.

Not sure what’s going on. They seemed under staffed. A lot of waiting. Found hair in my food. Coffee used to be good but doesn’t taste the same, more watered down.

2 stars for the restaurant’s atmosphere, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. We arrived before closing and were seated along with a few other tables, so it didn’t seem unreasonable to dine in. However, the staff felt cold and unwelcoming. They forgot the flatbread I ordered with my meal, and when I asked about it, they looked at the clock as if it was an inconvenience. I said never mind, but they still brought it out later — and it was completely burnt. I was on a date and didn’t feel comfortable making a scene or asking them to change it. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for.”

They truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect — from the service to the timing to the overall vibe.
