I love bubble tea, and have been going to chatime for years in many different locations.. but EVERYTIME I have visited this location specifically, the staff have been extremely rude, have gotten my order wrong twice, and pack the entire drink with ice even if you ask for less. There was so much ice in my drink this time to the point where it was hard to mix, and if you squeezed the drink, it was hard and all you could feel was ice (I ordered less ice). I've visited this location more than just a couple of times because of how conveniently nearby it is, but I won't be coming back anymore. This cannot be a coincidence, because this has happened more than once. Horrible service, terribly watered-down drinks, very frustrated. I wish I could rate this place lower than a star if I could.

This review is accumulated based on the last 5 or so several visits. Every single order is extremely watered down. Hot milk tea, iced matcha, iced milk tea. Even if you request very light ice, the entire half of the cup is filled with ice. Super disappointing. Avoid at best.

I’ve been a loyal Chatime customer for years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. One of the employees was extremely unprofessional and rude during my recent visit. I was shocked by how I was spoken to, especially from a place I’ve supported for so long.
I reached out to Chatime’s head office immediately after the incident, hoping for a proper response or at least an acknowledgment. It has been over a week, and I still haven’t heard back. The lack of accountability is just as disappointing as the behaviour itself.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of this location and the brand overall. I won’t be returning, and I hope others are aware of the poor customer service and lack of follow-up.

It's the second time having a poorly packaged bubble tea. The first time I thought it was a mistake so I walked back to the store and kindly asked to re-seal it. I still remember an asian/chinese girl gave me a look, didn't even say sorry. (I guess this was common issue at the store?!) Today I had the same issue. Didn't even realize I was spilling it all over my jacket until I was waiting for a traffic signal.. this is super annoying. Is it that difficult to seal the cup properly? I wouldn't go back to this location again. The service is bad (sorry but the employees look miserable). They don't even know how to do their job right.

Bad service asked for a Large chocolate smoothie, they made me a small milk tea smoothie, they did not offer to remake it and made me pay the extra, and still got the flavour wrong!!!! ALSO the worker did not pay attention to the label. Nothing about the drink tasted like chocolate, it was straight milk tea, person who served me was a darker asian dude. Waste of money I tossed it out cause the drink tasted bland as well
