I ordered a matcha smoothie with tapioca pearls, 80% sugar, and less ice yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious! Usually I don’t enjoy Chatime. The staff were super nice, and the atmosphere was so friendly that I even enjoyed overhearing their fun conversations. Overall, a great experience!

I had ordered 2 drinks, one mango smoothie, and the other chocolate hazelnut delight,... both the drinks were poorly made. The mango tasted like water and a hint of mango and the chocolate didnt have any flavour to it and felt like i was drinking the blender water. I used to work there and it seems that they hire untrained people that don't know how to make their drinks... very unfortunate.
