Service was quick and efficient, food portions were proper. Happy with this considering majority of other Chipotle locations are super stingy with food portions.

Only half scoop of chicken in the bowl, me including 2 other lady back of me complained about the portion. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, paid 14 dollar for rice only. Vaughan mills location is way better than this place.

dirty, smells, 6 people behind the counter 2 actually working and no one at front of house to clean. Toppings where scarce to non existent. no one making a new batch, considering it was lunch hour they should have been fully stocked. Useless teens that work there on their phones should be fired on the spot. You go to work to actually do your job, not be on your damn phone. Who ever the manager needs to be fired if they trained these people. employee attitude sucks, dirty, gross - hope they close this useless place. Maybe a visit from the vaughan health people is in need

2025/08/07: Whoever hired the employees here needs to do a full reevaluation. Super disrespectful, unfriendly, and plain out mean. Had to walk out due to their attitudes; people behind us agreed. + lots of empty tables and not one of them was clean... nasty.

Horrendous attitude from the guy on cash this past Tuesday at night. Love chipotle but will never come to this location again. The guy at the register had a nasty attitude and acted like we were the problem when he messed up what he charged us for. Zero accountability and super rude.

I had the absolute worst experience ever. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. They giggle at your frustration with the service. I was waiting for 10 mins for honey chicken after they told me to wait. I waited and they served everyone I went back in line just to see it was done. On top of that I was told to wait another 20 mins while they giggled and gave each other looks like I did something wrong by I simply wanted what I usually order and I guess they were mad I didn’t take whatever was out already I don’t know. I hated my experience here. The was a bigger African lady with an accent that was absolutely distasteful and horrible. I will not be coming back to this location.i also suggest the manager do something about this as soon as possible because all the reviews look very similar.
