The whole restaurant was dirty, and still, 6 staff members were just standing on the counter talking and laughing instead of cleaning.

Wonder what kind of hygiene they were maintaining in the kitchen..

Great Veggie Bowl, not great to see a hair in your bowl but otherwise it’s fine . Super expensive, feeding 3 people a burrito bowl should not cost over 50 dollars especially when they are 2 veggie bowls but it is what it is

Horrible experience. I went Nov 3rd at 6:45pm and encountered such rude employees. You ask for certain things and they just stare at you with no response or action. Cashiers were rude, food station workers were rude. Definitely recommend the other locations over this one.

Chipotle is good but the workers are not. They’ve become so stingy. If I ask for anything, they give me attitude and a dirty look. For what? This location used to be good but all the new hires are just rude.

This location is stingy as hell. $17 for the bowl to not even be filled up, there’s more space than actual food. Not only that but the staff have unnecessary attitude. There’s one brown girl specifically who kept rolling her eyes at me when I asked for more meat because she put barely anything in there.. best chipotle location is probably Yorkdale, definitely get your moneys worth over there.

We’ve been regular customers of Chipotle, but the last few visits to the Vaughan North location have been really disappointing. The restaurant was incredibly dirty—the booths were filthy, and we had to clean them ourselves. The floor was littered with trash, and the highchair for our baby was so disgusting we had to sanitize it. We reached out to Chipotle support, but they weren’t helpful at all. It’s a shame to see the standards at this location go downhill like this.

They are so stingy with their ingredients. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I had half my bowl filled even though i asked for double rice and extra everything. I asked for extra veggies and this girl literally put in a pinch of it. Please don’t go to this location

I ordered a burrito with a coke. I get a Coke Zero. You guys don’t have bottles of coke so I had to settle for a large fountain pop no change back. Never had that happen in my life. Who does the ordering ?
Your fountain drinks are flat and I had to settle for flat sprite after 3 tries.
The floors are filthy and the table tops are still covered in food.
This is at 5:16. Order 351. Where do I get a refund because my burrito barely stayed open and I have to eat off aluminum foil. I threw most of my food and pop out in the trash.

Miserable experience. First time and last time going. It was so busy which I understand as a fellow service worker is not in their control but they were literally yelling at me and every other customer asking what they wanted. We literally had no time to look at any of the toppings they had to offer because the 4 girls behind in the counter (on October 18 at 8:30pm) were literally yelling at the customers they were helping to hurry up. So horrible I hope the girl working on the last bar before cash gets fired along with the girl at cash because they were being so horrible. Bowls were half full, not worth the price.

I recently visited Chipotle and had a really good experience. I ordered the burrito bowl, and it was just what I wanted. The staff was friendly and made my bowl exactly how I like it, with plenty of juicy chicken and guacamole.

Everything tasted fresh, from the crunchy veggies to the fluffy rice. The corn salsa added a nice touch too. I appreciate how customizable the bowls are—it's easy to get exactly what you want.

The portion size was generous, so I even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Overall, Chipotle delivered a solid meal that hit the spot. If you’re in the mood for a tasty burrito bowl, it’s definitely worth a visit.

I had chipotle in downtown Toronto and they catered well to my dietary restrictions, I ordered their recommended beef for the least spicy option. No problems. However the experiance at this chipotle was different. They didn't give a straightforward answer when I asked about their least spicy meat as it could be made different depending on location. Now becuase there was a little beef left, it was soaking in all the spice at the bottom of their container and they scooped it with all those spicy juices on to my white rice which was now spicy rice... becuase of this I vomited all of the meal that night. The regard for every customers needs are important.
