I'll say it - none of us know how you roll a burrito that packed, but the young lady who made mine was so nice and made the biggest burrito ever. I hadn't eaten all day. Protect her at all costs. So good!

I ordered a veggie bowl but found a piece of chicken in it.

Came in for a chicken bowl. Got really disappointed with the condition of the grill, there is a huge lack of hygiene and the condition of the kitchen looked like it was never cleaned. I know sometimes it gets busy but when i went there around 9pm it was not busy. Felt like the service was rushed.

The chicken bowl itself was just average—nothing special this time. What really stood out was how rushed the whole experience felt. The staff seemed to hurry everyone through the line, and it made it hard to actually choose what I wanted. Every customer matters, and taking a little more time would make the experience so much better.

I ordered 4 of the chicken & steak bowls for my family, and unfortunately, it was absolutely terrible.

The meat had chunks of fat. It was absolutely disgusting, and a huge disappointment.

$85 down the drain.

Rude staff - can’t wrap a burrito. Won’t be back. Terrible experience. Another customer backed us up. My son was looking forward to his chipotle experience - was completely mortified.

I am leaving a 1 star review due to a very disappointing experience. The manager was uncooperative and argued about a promotional offer I tried to use. Despite having a valid promo on my app, I was refused the discount and treated very poorly and unprofessionally

I don't see any beans or any salsa in my bowl. They wouldn't agree to their mistake and said we should contact the head office. So I will never suggest anyone to order catering from them. It's better if you go in person to see if they are adding everything you asked for. But never make the same mistake I made and ordered online. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Very very bad customer care

I just went in to purchase a meal from this location and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady didn’t even have to common curtesy to simply say hello. All of the individuals were quite rude and rushing with their questions, I didn’t even have a chance to think for a second. The quality food has also gone down too. Everything tastes so different. After looking at the reviews, it seems like i’m not the only one. The owner should seriously re consider who they have working for them.
