Our first time! My eldest daughter was invited to a birthday party at this place last night. She had a blast running around it's kid friendly. She didn't want to leave and would like to come back again. 2 hours isn't enough for her. I even loved the selfie entrance. I think it's fantastic and safe! The pizza is something it reminds me of mama's pizza very simyi would say.

Horrible establishment, staff have no sense of direction or courtesy. Management needs to be retrained on basic principles/customer service skills. Staff at this location do not know how to treat guests or how to resolve and/or respond to conflict/concerns. Would not recommend this location if you want to ACTUALLY enjoy your loved one’s birthday, better off going anywhere else.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience celebrating our child’s birthday at Chuck E. Cheese! Our party host, Rona, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and took care of everything with a smile.
Rona took the time to explain the schedule for the party, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect. It was clear she had everything under control, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. Rona was incredibly organized and ensured that every detail of our party went smoothly. She engaged the kids with fun games and activities, keeping everyone entertained and happy. You could really tell that she enjoyed what she does, and that made the day even more special for us.
The food was delicious, and the clean-up was a breeze thanks to Rona. We truly appreciated her attention to our needs and the way she went above and beyond to make our celebration memorable.
If you’re considering a party at Chuck E. Cheese, I highly recommend requesting Rona. Thank you for making our daughter’s day so special!

Not too impressed with the prizes . Games were fun!
There was 6 staff at the register. 1 was helping someone. I walked up to register two and the girl said no. You have to wait for register 1. Okay that’s fine. I waited. 4 staff were talking at register 3. No one wanted to attend to me. I guess a manager told one of the 4 girls to attend to me. But the girls brushed it off and said she was busy showing one of the other girls how do something while two other staff watched this. 4 games were down. Super busy location. Washroom was very dirty. Most aren’t flush. Not the staff fault. But someone should prob check on the bathroom more often.

Birthday party was a successful event. A tad too corporate and not personal enough but that's how it is I guess. My child was still able to to "meet" and greet Chuck, which they enjoyed just as much as having their friends there to attend.
The food needs some work tho imo. The pizza could be better.
They could do with some ride updates. As they still have a Barney ride. A child it's meant for won't care, but idk, maybe talk to "Topspin" see if you can't integrate something from their catalog. Otherwise it was fun in its own way to walk back into the 90s.
Kid-friendliness: It's chuck e cheese. It's the 2nd biggest thing for kids outside of Disney. The mascot gets to walk around and there has been some updating. I've been to this location twice and this is the best time I've gone. The trampoline was a significant improvement.
