Good fun place for kids and adults!
Not even 1 star I just don’t have option.
MY kids birthday party 8 kids. We just told we might have 10 kids but not sure half playing cards were given to me and half to my husband.
And when later on we asked the bill they said you charged for 10 kids because you used 10 cards.
And there manager said we normally charge for 6 if it’s 8 kids in case some don’t show up.
Then why I was given 10 cards.
We felt cheated and above all it ruined my husbands day .
Very unhappy never coming back
We had a small birthday party for my daughter. I wanted something minimal and stress free, Chuck E. Cheese delivered. We paid for the basic package and got a table (with table cloth) and paper plates. We were satisfied since we didn't want too many decors. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They don't allow outside food or drinks but do allow cake. I find it odd, however, they don't allow water bottles. The kids had a blast but I was a bit disappointed with quite a few of the games being Out of Order. It feels like we didn't get the full experience/our money's worth. I also think there should be a better refund policy. We bought the package for 6 kids and originally had 9. We paid for all the extra kids but 2 ended up not being able to make it. We couldn't get a refund even though we still had the minimum requirement of kids. Overall we had a good time but there's definitely room for improvement.
I booked a birthday package here for my 3yr old son, I will definitely say I had my draw backs from an experienced two years when I booked for my second son.
I have to give a huge shoutout to my party host Dalia, she was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. (Definitely would recommend when booking a party). However definitely some disappointments. I do love the recent renovations where they installed a trampoline and small play area for smaller kids. (The trampoline and playground isn’t included in the birthday package and I feel they should mention that on the website so that parents can add that as an option)
However the prices for food crazy ridiculous…
How do you charge me for a LG one topping pepperoni pizza at $25.99 plus tax and still have to pay for the $3 for the actual pepperoni? Crazy shit.
The games I think is robbery for the amount of games you play you barely win tickets what’s 3-5 tickets per game. You will be there for a lifetime to even win 200 tickets smh.
WHAT IM VERY PISSED ABOUT IS THAT THEY MAKE YOU TAKE A SELFIE WITH THE GROUP OF PEOPLE YOU ENTERED WITH, FINE I UNDERSTAND TGE SECURITY AND SAFETY REASONS. HOWEVER AFTER MY PARTY TWO FRIENDS LEFT THE EVENT TO PUT THINGS IN THE CAR WITH MY SON WITHOUT ANYONE ASKING THEM FOR THE SELFIE PICTURE TO CONFIRM THEY WERE LEAVING WITH THE CORRECT CHILD ,WHEN I LEFT THE GIRL AT THE FRONT WAS ASKING ME TO SHOW HER MY SELFIE AND I REFUSED. I CALLED MY FRIENDS BACK INSIDE WITH MY SON AND ASKED DID YOU ASK THEM FOR CONFIRMATION THAT THEY LEFT WITH THE RIGHT CHILD, NOBODY AND I REPEAT NOBODY WAS STANDING THE DOOR WHEN THEY LEFT. ALL THE MANAGERS STOOD THERE AND THE GUY WORKING THE COTTON CANDY MACHINE SWEAR THEY WAS. THATS BEYOND SCARY TO THINK THEY COULD LET SUCH A MISTAKE HAPPEN LIKE THAT NO ACCOUNTABILITY NO APOLOGY.
We used to come here often when my kids were younger. I happened to visit recently for a birthday party. The place is stuffed with different video games and arcade machines, there isn't a space to step on without accidentally knocking over a child. The noise level is just over the top.
They removed the climbing structure and instead installed a trampoline so small, only little kids can jump on it.
We left early suffering from headaches, and will most likely not ever coming back.
We had a great and welcoming experience here. Beautiful ambiance… I. Definitely going back with my family
Chuck E Cheese has intense mixed reviews 😂
I just had a surprisingly great time on that day! At first I didn’t know it was a kid gathering place. I thought it was like a cheese factory kinda bar. The moment I stepped in, I realized it. I ordered a basic combo. The food tasted okay. Not gourmet but it’s not what this place advertised to be. Staff was doing good and friendly in general to everyone (the person in the chuck E suit was actually hilarious)
I had so much fun. I think it was the energy of this place. I didn’t bring my license so no alcohol for me 😭 it was okay because I got fired up in the collective spirit.
It’s worth it to try. Yes some areas looked not glammed up, but kids don’t find it as troubled as few adults I guess. They just come for a good time and I’m sure they do ❤️ sometimes I just want to be a kid.
This place has gone downhill. Lots of games were out of service and then you got to tell them so they know and if you purchase minutes instead of tickets you lose time trying to find someone. Rather try a different location next time.
They did renos and ruined half the games. All just to make a playplace. We came for an arcade not a playplace. Such a rip off now and so disappointing. All the camera picture print out comes are broken. Games ripping you off and stopping early. The jet pack screen is in wrong spot so you only see half the screen. Never going again now.
When I was with my parents they called chuck e cheese they said the animatronic worked so we went there at March 30 or 29 I went inside and it dint work it was so unfair I hated it but it was fun!

The staffs at this place needs to learn more about working with kids and their parents. Some of them know how to work professionally. There's a few that don't know. I guess whoever manages this place needs to be trained by the one who manages the one in Dixie. Dixie location has far better staffs.
Chuck E. Cheese Vaughan is the location to be when it comes to fun, laughter, n entertainment. I recently hosted my youngest daughter’s 6th bday dash there last month n it was truly an amazing experience for both her n me. I also went back twice more after then once again on July n then again yesterday for their “Grand Re-Opening!!” I love how they have improved their look plus the customer service level is beyond compare. I was very fortunate to be served by a nice young man named Matthew P. He made sure that my request was taken care of in the upmost compassionate manner. Keep up the outstanding work!!
My child enjoys playing there and its nice and clean in there
Pizza was good
Charging $18 for socks and admission to the jankiest “trampoline” and “playground” is insane.
