Good traditional Chinese food: Soup noodles, beef wrap and pan fried dumplings. All good but waited very long for each dish to come consider it was not busy at all. The place looked tired and could use some update in interior & lighting.

I have hosted a big gathering with their take out. All menus I've ordered were delicious. And also offer cash discount. I will definitely go back.

The best food in the city for Asian cuisine. Everything so fresh, amazing service and the best unique dishes in Toronto. Must try!

Used to recommend this place, but the quality and experience has dropped noticeably. Went on a weekday. The service was unacceptably slow and all of our food (including starters) arrived all at the same time so we spent most of our time at the restaurant just waiting when there was only one other group in the whole restaurant. The Peking duck is still "good" but it used to be better.

It’s not bad. For the price it’s pretty good. I gave 4 stars because the packaging was poor. The soup leaked out of the holes they poked into the lids.

Food is excellent and server was very friendly. Not as expensive as other Chinese restaurants in the area.

What a hidden gem!!!Ive been going to this restaurant for years (since their old location) and by far the best peking duck ive ever had! Prices are very very good and service is top notch! Not to mention their other dishes are amazing! (I also recommend the crispy szechuan beef). A little hidden in location, (which can be a good thing) but is definitely worth the drive. I cant recommend this place enough! Definitely try it out if you're on the fence, 5 stars easy!

Chung King Garden Restaurant was originally located within the vicinity of Pacific Mall. They moved in Thornhill before the demolition of Market Village. They specializes in the Northern Chinese cuisine. They served one of the best Beijing Roasted Peking Duck in town with minimal fat and with the crispiest skin. Pictured are Hunan Beef, Singapore Vermicelli Noodles, Lamb with Cumin Spices, Home Style Fried Fine Noodles, and Beef with Mushrooms and Bamboo Shoots. #chungking

My mom and her friends have been going to Chung Kings since they were in their 20s when it was on college and Spadina. For the last 10 years or so I have been included in this tradition and I crave it.Just wanted to stop by and give 5 stars. I’d give 10 if I could ✨??

Service was really, really slow for dine in and there was only one other table dining in. One dish brought at a time with long breaks in between and no rhyme or reason with that either. Plain rice brought out with none of the accompanying dishes we would eat them with. Szechuan shrimp - no flavour, bland look and taste. House special noodles - same, very flat tasting. Singapore Noodles - good. Szechuan Shredded beef - consistent over the years. Probably better to get take out then you get all your dishes at the same time. Long line for pick up orders and that was super slow too. People were getting upset at the slo service.

The old location in market village was our go to place for Peking duck. It was so good - portion was good with crispy skin and juicy meat. This is the first time we visited at this location. I must say we were pretty disappointed. They don't offer the set dinners any more which were really good value. The duck was quite small and was very dry. The wraps were also on the dry side . Not sure it still the same owner/chef but just does not have the same standard that I remembered.
