Hey, so I just ordered online. Nov 11th. You guys forgot my blizzard. I ordered 2 online (for delivery, skip the dishes) and received 1??
Then I re ordered another blizzard, and paid $1 extra for chocolate fudge and it came without. Both experiences were horrible.
Yesterday I also ordered a blizzard lol I’m pregnant, and i paid $1 for chocolate fudge. Got none. So that’s happened twice now. The blizzard I re ordered ALSO must’ve been just put it in the freezer from my first blizzard order because when I got it, it was frozen hard. Now I’m waiting for it to de-thaw. Idk why you guys did that.

Went to get a banana split, the girl in the drive thru said they are out of bananas. I ended up going to islington/albion location where the server said it is very unlikely for a location to be out of bananas. I think the server just didn’t wanna serve us or spend the extra time it takes to make a banana split

I have been to DQ many times for ice cream and I have no complaints on the ice cream part this is strictly on the food review because it has been my first time after so many years of going to DQ trying the food for the first time and it was such a disappointment and service was horrible, it was like she didn't even want to be there like I was bugging her. The burger was not that great it tasted like a microwave burger, the onion rings were somewhat ok, the chicken wrap was not that great and the chicken strips were ok but I did not enjoy the food nor the service but it was nice and clean inside but also no one was there. I will continue to come to DQ for its ice cream but not the food just maybe the fries.

Yes everyone goes here for the ice cream, but their food is actually underrated. Pair that with the deals you get on the mobile app, I'm done!
I placed an order online for a custom cake on 10/21/24. Prior to placing this order, I called their location twice to ask questions about custom ordering a cake. Two of their colleagues answered all my questions without difficulties over the phone. I did not feel rushed any of the times I called.
The custom order was for a special occasion. I had a specific design in mind and I wanted it to be perfect. When placing the order online, I uploaded a picture of the design that I created. I was told the cake would take 2-3 days. After placing the order, Tammie (one of the cake decorators) phoned to confirm my request two days later. She had a question about my design and wanted to clarify what I wanted done. Tammie did an excellent job with re-creating the vision I wanted.
If it weren't for Tammie calling me to confirm the design I wanted, the cake would not have turned out amazing as it did. I wanted a personal message with a custom photo. I think on the DQ website, you can't upload a custom image unless it's for an edible image topper (I didn't want this edible topping). I can see this system limitation causing issues in the future for other customers. I hope this is something that DQ head office will fix in the future.
Tammie, at the get-together, everyone loved the masterpiece that you re-created. I highly recommend that if you are designing a cake, you ask for Tammie. She's wonderful and pays attention to detail and what she doesn't know, she will call and ask. I'm truly so impressed with her service. Big praises to Tammie and her dedication to creating a masterpiece.

The man at the counter was super nice. He made my Blizzard before my app offers loaded and let me pay afterwards instead of waiting around for it to load ahead of time. The Oreo fudge brownie Blizzard was delicious too!

Wasn't able to get $2 cheeseburger on the app to work.Spent long time with management to figure it out. Couldn't get it to work. Manager gave me large chocolate dipped cone for my small cone reward for the problem with the app
