We arrived around 10:45 PM and asked if Korean BBQ was still being served. The employee responded in a very rude and aggressive way, saying the kitchen was closed instead of explaining it respectfully. So we decided to just get ice cream and ended up paying $25.72. When we opened it, there was a clearly visible hair in it that was impossible to miss. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience.

Since we were already there, we just got ice cream and paid $25.72, but when we opened it there was a very obvious hair in the ice cream that was impossible to miss.

Very disappointing experience with both the customer service and cleanliness. Would not recommend.

Great service and friendly staff. Amazing establishment that support their local community. The owners are very kind and generous. Recommend to check them out. Because sometimes a business is not just a business, but a valuable member of the community and infrastructure.

I went to Dairy Queen on Saturday evening and it was very bad experience. There was very long line and long waiting because they said electric shut down, so owner was taking manual orders on pen and paper. I understand problem can happen, but very few staff working and everyone running here and there like confused, looking very tired and no smile at all. Owner was taking receipts from trash and writing orders on it without gloves, and then serving ice cream with same hands, no washing or sanitizing. It was very disgusting for me. When I got my ice cream, I felt so gross that I threw it out. Also one girl working there was limping and still running around, I felt very bad for her, like no care for employees. Very disappointing and inhuman service. I will not come back.

Just to see , I also went to one Dairy Queen on Weston Road and service there was amazing, very polite staff and clean place. So I think this manager should go there one time and learn how to do proper customer service and how to treat staff like human, not just run store for profit only.

My blizzard was in the bottom only plain not enaugh strawberry and chocolate to cover all the service personal rude on the speaker and self dictated . I don't recommend this place .
