I had an amazing experience at the Dairy Queen in Woodbridge Vaughan location. The customer service here is excellent — the staff are very friendly, patient, and make you feel welcome. I ordered the Brownie Blizzard and also tried the ice cream cake, and both were really delicious. The Blizzard was full of flavor and had the right amount of brownie pieces mixed in, and the cake was fresh and tasty. What stood out the most was the way the staff treated me. They were polite, helpful, and really cared about making sure I was happy with my order. It’s not just about the food here — the great service makes the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

I recently visited the Dairy Queen located at 4100 Highway 7 in Woodbridge, and I had an amazing experience. My son got a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, but unfortunately it fell apart and landed on the table. I took it back to the counter and spoke to a staff member named Provika, who kindly offered to replace it with a brand new one without charging us again. That was incredibly nice. Later, my son ordered a blue Slurpee and was about to pay, but the staff member told him it was on the house. The service was phenomenal, and I'm so grateful for the kindness shown by the staff. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this Dairy Queen location to others. A big thank you to Provika and the entire team for making our visit so special.
