I came to store today ordered food it was so fresh and the guy karan was so helpful he gave me lots of choices i ended up getting blizzard as well.

I love DQ but this location has no AC on the hottest night during this summer. The staff who gave me my blizzard also didn't turn it upside down. The chicken tenders and fries were freshly made so that was good at least.

This Dairy Queen Grill & Chill location is a bit meh—everyone seemed pretty stressed when we visited. I usually only get Blizzards, sundaes, or ice cream cakes, but this time I decided to try the chicken tenders and they were actually delicious and fresh!
The sundae, though, was disappointing. At other locations a medium comes with a few strawberries and a good amount of syrup, but here I only got one strawberry and barely any syrup. Also, everything kinda melted. I also got Misty Slush and that melted too.. We came on Labour Day and there was no A/C inside, so it felt hot and stuffy—we ended up sitting outside instead. Overall, probably won’t be back to this location.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Dairy Queen location. The inside felt stuffy with no airflow, making it uncomfortable to breathe. Despite the sign promising a friendly and smiling crew, everyone seemed serious and even angry. The worst part was the messy workspace behind the counter—the area under the shake machine was dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing with exploded ice cream. I love Dairy Queen, but I won't be returning to this specific branch anytime soon.

Im glad my food was ok, pop was warm. No ac on in lobby on a 40c day. Had to sit in the car with ac on to eat. Took over 20 mins for my food order. Watched a Family walk in and walk out because how hot it was and they had a baby.
Not sure why this location is going down hill. Keep trying to give it a chance but this was my last straw.
Great ice cream and good customer service. Nice place to get a quick ice cream. Indoor and patio sitting available.

I was the only car in the drive thru, server asked if I could park in front, 6:30pm so wasn’t rush hour took 20 minutes to get my food, my fault for not checking the bag but I was missing items and realized too late when I got home by that time not worth it to go back.

Everytime I get a blizzard here I'm disappointed. Today I ordered the mixing bowl blizzard which is supposed to include cookie dough and brownie pieces. I was given a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard instead. This is the 3rd time this has happened, I will never be coming here again.

This is the worst DQ location I have ever seen. This is my neighborhood location, and I keep going back, thinking they would improve. However, the restaurant itself always looks so dirty, dirty tables, dirty floors. No clean place to sit and eat. So I can only wonder what it looks like in the back. Also, it is so hot in there. It feels like a sauna when you step foot inside. I thought it was an A/C issue in June, but it is July now and it still feels the same inside. As much as I love DQ, this place has turned me off and I will not be visiting this location again. Just gross
