There were four of us, we paid over $600, and the service was terrible! We were ignored and they served us two small plates of scalloped potatoes—that was outrageous! They gave us a table in the back where it was dark and horrible, and to pay so much, they're ripping us off.

Probably my worst experience ever. I visit often. This was the only time I experienced such rude customer service.
I asked the hostess for a booth, She said she had one for us. She walked us over to an L shaped table. I said can we please sit somewhere else? She refuse to sit us anywhere else. I said you don’t have another table? She said no. Mind you there were plenty of tables and booths empty and clean!!!
She said us at a dirty table, Even though I asked several times to be sat somewhere else. The food took extremely long. Some of the things we ordered, didn’t get there until after we had finished our meal and asked for the check. They also recently changed the menu.
Our server was trying really hard, But certain things were just out of his hands. Food was not fresh. Waiting 45 minutes for a plate is insane. To top it off, they gave me a dry/old slice of lime on my plate, And I don’t know what they put on top of my food, but it was like dry old leaves. For a $400 visit it was not worth it. People come here for the experience, And last night I had the worst.

Great place to spend the day for games, the place is huge. Must have been a former hotel because the first half walking in was beautiful and ambient, wooden stained framing, the works. The food is awful but im sure you guessed. Eat first somewhere else then come to d&b for games
This place has so many uses. Great place to take the kids to kill some time and energy. Hosted staff parties for my company, and have been here dates as well!

Amazing food and even better games!! I loved it so much with all the games and it’s just so much fun! Tried the cheeseburger and fries along with their pizza and omg I was so blown away as most arcades food it kinda trashy but here it was so delicious! Loved the games too!!! 100% recommend

Ill keep this short and simple. Do not come to this location. Waste of time and money. Too populated too the point where you are not able to play any machine or game. Bought 200 tickets worth. Left with 195. Was there for 30 minutes. Only one machine opened up during that time. Kids stay at the machines for hours and the parents are inconsiderate people, so yeah. There should be employees monitoring machines and allowing everyone a chance.

Jordyn was such an amazing server, she was very attentive to our table and was very sweet with us all. honestly our whole table was talking about how we’ve never had a server like her. she created such an amazing atmosphere and allowed us to have a great night!
