First time ever there and unfortunately the last time. The service was okay, not the best. We were 14 people total that made a reservation for my wife's birthday. Nothing special was done, I bought her a shot and our server told us that she tried to get something special in there and she was flat out told no. It's disappointing that we paid over 300$ for 2 adults and 4 children to just eat and couldn't get the proper experience we were expecting. My wife's steak had more fat on it than meat and minimal asparagus and potatoes. I received 3 pieces of asparagus and my wife only received 2.

Very disappointed when we went to the bar where the games are the bartender charged us $50 for two double rooms. I'm pretty sure he robbed us. We were very upset.

A sad state of affairs honestly. This place gives that feeling of “it’s about to go bankrupt” because nothing is good. Food is bad. Staff are rude. Equipment is broken. And how is there no hand sanitizer anywhere?
Place is empty but still can’t clean the washrooms or the floors?

It’s been about 17 years since my very last time at Dave and Busters. Honestly everything after Covid has gone down and businesses are trying their best to build up after the pandemic. Now with the recession I am pretty surprised that the establishment still good and standing. Games are not as fun as before and it’s expensive to have a night out like we used to before. Overall this place is good for a get together with friends and family and kids can get some fun. Food is good still doesn’t disappoints.

One of the most shared gaming places in Toronto and no sanitizer!!! Are you guys kidding us? Didn’t we just got out of a horrible pandemic??? Where’s the Health Ministry from this! Do you understand how much viruses and germs on each person‘s hand? Specially kids?!
No wonder every time we go there we get back sick !! You guys seriously seriously need to put sanitizers at every corner. Even Goodlife gyms puts sanitizers on every corner.

I had the absolute worst service at D&B they looked and spoke to at us as if we were wrong when we didn't leave a heavy tip
Lies told about play cards in order for us to price up on the meal and power card combo deals, there was no issue with the cards , and the reason provided made no sense why would the $10 power card nor work but the $20 card work? Very very sneaky in trying to upsell and boost the dinning bill to achieve a higher tip
Appetizers coming our after meals , long wait for the meals and the meals all came out at very different times 1st served and last serve was 15 minutes between them A drink accidentally spilled and was never cleaned/mopped up
Never had our server come around asking if everything was okay/refills/ etc
This was a reservation, not a walk-in, as well, when we arrived, the dining area was not full, and there were maybe a few tables
Never have I experienced this before. This was a family moment ruined by terrible service
Then, the wait staff questioned the tip disgusting behavior
I sadly was the one to recommend this place, and I can say that I will never recommend it again
With all of the abundance of indoor activity places in the GTA, D&B really needs to do better and stop trying to scam the patrons

Great fun for a family of four.
The food was decent. It's always a lot of fun but it gets a bit expensive playing all the games.
As good as a Dave & Busters could ever get. Drinks are expensive, food is terrible, but the VR games are really coming into their own!!!
Used to be the spot for a fun night.
