My experience at Dave & Buster's was mixed. The atmosphere was lively and fun but I found the service to be lacking. The vibrant ambiance definitely added to the enjoyment of the visit but improvements in the service department would make the overall experience even better.

Pro- family place for fun arcade games and all-Adult can enjoy with drinks also- I liked their beer tower thing for more adults. Veggie options in food and snacks available.Cons- $$$ for games little more expensive.Vegetarian options: Their new Chimichuri Bowl is worth to try?

Place is great but the employees are a mess, no costumer service at all, all young workers who seem to be sharing a brain, if you can go somewhere else id suggest to do so

We went as a family the weekend before March break started. The cashiers were bickering about when the deals started and were unprofessional. Once we were finally served the person serving us didn't add our extra points, I had to return and again they started bickering 10 minutes went by before they even took the card to rectify the issue. Finally they called a manager and he assisted.It took us 30 minutes to get a menu and an extra 45 to even get served. Luckily the kids were able to play the games while I waited however, very disappointing service.

Went here twice in one week since I was visiting from another country. Would advice to check to make sure the controller isnt broken at the game before playing. Had to get 2 refunds for 2 games that did not work. The GM helped out but should be on top of it, especially on busy nights.

It's always a fun spot. Is always busy during any holiday. Ordered limited time offer funnel cake sticks to go. Tried to place an order at the food section, from there they told me since it's to go I can order from the front. I go to the front and the poor girls (all super friendly) had no idea you can purchase food from there so it took longer then needed so they could figure it out.Other then that it was a great time
