Went to order off of the “TooGoodToGo” app. On the app, it said pick up would be available until 9pm.
According to google maps, I arrived at 8:25PM, but I could not find the location, so I called the number to see if they could give me some directions. No pick up. I tried calling multiple times, and it each time it would ring and go right to voicemail after a few seconds. I left a few voicemails.
I even asked people nearby if they could help give me directions and nobody had ever even heard of the place…
I’m not sure if your hours or something just needs to be updated on your end. But, I waited from 8:25PM - 9:06PM and this was a total waste of time.
Update your stuff. If you’re running a business, you need to be professional about it. Speaking of, you should really update your voice mail. The voicemail literally just says “delicious solutions” and then the beep tone. No hours of operation and a “sorry we missed your call”?? Shows you don’t really seem to care about your customers or their convenience.
Anyways. Check your voicemails. I hope you enjoy how disappointed I sound.
