Not sure what was going on with the young oriental girl just a while ago. I work in the mall, and usually come here to get lunch for myself and my colleagues. Today, I went and I asked for hot sauces and extra teriyaki sauce in the bags (placed two orders). The first time she dumped the hot sauce inside the first bag. For the second bag, I watched her throw the teriyaki sauce inside it (not sure why she would do that, as that can open). She brings the bag to the front and I asked if she can put a hot sauce in the second bag, she went to the get it and proceeds to dump it inside the bag infront of me. I asked her why she would do that? She said sorry. I said you know you did it several times, why would you do this, she apologized again. I just left. Not sure what her issue is, but tbh I was polite about it, another customer would probably escalate it. Maybe she needs to learn what customer service is and how to work in a food environment.

Wanted to try this place out while I was in the mall to see how it compares to Teriyaki Experience. I purchased the chicken and shrimp bento box with the California rolls and dumplings. It was very good, but the chicken was a weird texture tasted more like thin pieces of pork. Not the usual slices of chicken, unless I was given the wrong order. California rolls and dumplings had a good and fresh taste to it. Overall it was good, little small in portion size for the price. In the end the rice, veggies , shrimp and sauce all tasted good.

Visited edo japan for 1st time in my life. The services given by staff were incredible specially, the girl name Ravneet, she is so friendly in nature and was really impressed by her warm behaviour. She looks so professional and was welcoming every customer with a broad smile on her face. Really satisfied.
Also, the spring rolls are really recommendable. Really good in taste.

We came here for some early dinner. Harman was super friendly and helpful! We have special dietary needs and he went over and beyond to accommodate it. Totally didn't expect such outstanding service in food court.

Food is absolutely terrible! Ordered chicken on rice bento box with Cali roll and shrimp tempura. The chicken was gross-- tasted like boiled chicken slapped with rice and store bought tempura sauce. I make better terriaki chicken at home! Also, the shrimp tempura was 2 little tiny pieces (looks like it is bought from the frozen department of an Asian supermarket).
