We have eaten their burgers more times than I can count. We are ordering the poutine lately - it's ok for a burger joint. I can be hectic when they're busy.
Excellent burgers but service is horrible, if you don’t tip you will wait 3 people behind you before your burger, then you will get a laugh by serving staff. Excellency for customer service .

I went today this location came 5 min but they didn’t open door, black T-shirt looked at me she ignored! i felt bad that time , I went after some time that I got to know her name is “Kiran” she looked like she don’t want to give service , Got bad service , she was yelling to another employee Won’t come again to this location if she is there ! Please train them !

Great five guys branch, good parking. Amazing for getting that style of burger. Really glad they brought the complimentary peanuts back post-covid
We went 10 mins before closing. The girl, Srishty who was the cashier was just rude. Really poorly prepared everything. She was unhappy that we came some time before closing. Won’t go back to this location since she is there.

We love the fresh patties and the fries at Five Guys, and that is the only reason we go here. They have very unenthusiastic staff who were all reluctant to go greet me and take my order. I have much sympathy for fast food staff as someone who worked as one, but I'm confused that not one out of four employees smiled at a single guest, although they did grin at each other once. The floor is covered in food, but the staff all seemed busy cooking, so perhaps they are understaffed.
My only issue food-wise is that the bun on top seems to melt into the burger and disappear when you order it All The Way. The moment you start to eat it, the bread flattens and gets soaked in the condiments.
