Nasty staff. See photo of Uber eats order. It includes free spring rolls. They refused to give them to me and messed up my order by swapping ribs for BBQ eel 🤮 Rude staff threw in ice cream and it had soy sauce in it. The food was as disgusting as the attitude of the woman working there who I guess is the owner. Will NEVER eat there again.

Ordered order for pick up...It said 35 mins but when I called they said will take 45 mins because the place is busy. I came an hour later and my order was still not ready. I asked when it will be ready and I was told in 5 mins. When I came to pay, the lady did not apologized for the delay, I asked how much and she said for substitutions $2 extra and when I explained that I think for more than an hour wait, I do not think I need to pay extra. She answered turdly this is the policy sorry. I was really surprised that for such a long time I waited the lady was rude enough to ask me to pay extra and no compensation or apology was given after I have been a loyal customer for years and always got treated nicely! So the customer service was really bad that night!

I've been coming to this location for years and always come back because my experience has been amazing . I recommended this place to so many people that now place orders for take out and dine in. However , I ate there tonight and the waiter was very rude . We were aware the restaurant closed at 10:30, and we didn't have the intention of over staying our welcome . At 10:00 we finished ordering food and were trying to finish as fast as possible and the waiter rudely stood behind us and asked if we were done multiple times . At 10:11 I asked for the bill and for one order to take home and the waiter rolled her eyes at me . This is inappropriate and not the proper way to treat loyal customers . If you simply don't like your job then find another one . For this reason we didn't tip the waiter . It was by far the worst service tonight . I'm very disappointed .

In this economic situation where many people are struggling with financial issues, when customers spend money to buy food from your restaurant, please do your best to serve fresh and high-quality meals so that they can enjoy their dining experience. Unfortunately, we ordered sushi from your restaurant last night, but the food was not fresh at all. We ordered five different kinds of sushi, and only one California roll was acceptable. Five people ended up eating that one, as the others had a bad taste and were not fresh. By the way, the California roll was not fresh either, but compared to the others, it was okay.
It is really delicious and fresh, we ordered spicy tuna, Filadelfia rolls and Tropicana rolls. Also the staff members were friendly and answered questions about the menu.
Vegetarian options: The menu includes vegetarian dishes.

I want to gate keep this place but they deserve all the business. The quality of their sushi is really good for the price, and I’m from Vancouver so I’m quite picky about sushi.
I’ve tried a lot of sushi spots in toronto from budget to omakase and Ginza never disappoints.
I just tried their all you can eat menu and I recommend it. $49.99 for most things on the menu (outside of premium fish). The salmon sushi was delicious and the mackerel sashimi was very fresh.
Will definitely come back for ayce and a la carte again.
