I’ve always been a regular customer in this store but encountered a poor service experience just recently. I initially ordered at 4:12PM but ended up receiving it at 4:38PM because the order taker messed up my order. They kept assuring that I’d get it within 5 mins but it never did come on time. I specifically asked, “Can I pay for a honey mustard sauce for my fries?”. In response, they said they didn’t have anything to punch in within their system and it’s only for online order that I don’t have enough time to do it just for the sauce, it’s really unbelievable. I left the store with no apology from them.

Visited during lunch hour and was served by Suniti. She took my order with ease and even reminded me of scanning my scene card (i totally forgot Harveys does Scene points). The service was very smooth and the place was clean despite the busy environment. Keep up the good work :)

My husband brought home some burgers. Was shocked and so disappointed. Firstly the burgers have shrunk by glad in size. I had an Angus. The meat patty was tiny. I ordered with tomato sauce and mustard. I dot think there were 3 drops of either. The price never shrunk. Definitely shrink flatiron. Definitely a no to going back
