Horrible experience. Staff short, rushed and rude. Literally everything a mess in the restaurant: no bathrooms in working order (how can you run a restaurant with no washroom? Riddled with plumbing issues) so I was forced to walk over to fresco to relieve myself. Burger sloppily made, cold oozing and squished. No flavor. No seating very limited, dirty, all the charging ports have been taped over to prevent people customers from charging up. Someone trying to save buck here! At customers expense. Please fix this location it gives Harvey’s bad name. Also no drink refills

A new worker was taking cash and was having trouble using my 100% working associate discount card. No problem, the person asked someone else to help after it didn't work the first time. The other worker tries only once (even though it takes a few tries which I know for working there) but gives up and tells me that my card is broken when it isn't, instead of trying to ask the supervisor on site. The food was okay at best, since my poutine definitely did not have enough gravy out on it
Overall a disappointing result from your folks in Windsor

The Harvey's at 800 Steeles Ave West has become my favourite. I've been a customer of many Harvey's restaurants for over 40 years, and this location is head and shoulders above the rest. The food is always excellent, the dining areas and washrooms are impeccably clean, but in particular, the staff members are absolutely terrific. I usually order using the app, then eat at the restaurant. I have come to know two team members; Krizia and Suniti. They immediately recognize and greet me as soon as I arrive. Both are incredibly friendly, and super efficient. They always go above and beyond to ensure my experience is a wonderful one - they even know my food and drink preferences. I always look forward to seeing them, and to enjoying very well made food - kudos to the cooks as well! Many thanks to Krizia, Suniti, and the rest of the staff. You all make the experience a fantastic one! See you soon.

Harvey’s – 800 Steeles Ave W Unit 4, Vaughan, ON
It’s been a while since I last had a Harvey’s burger, and I have to say the quality has really gone downhill. I ordered the Original Burger, but it didn’t taste like beef at all. It had the texture and flavour of a soy burger, which left me wondering what I was actually eating.
The onion rings were bitter, likely from oil that badly needed changing. Honestly, it was disappointing from start to finish.
If anyone from management is reading this: please step up your game. The food quality needs serious improvement. The portion sizes have also noticeably shrunk, while prices have gone up.
I can understand raising prices in today’s economy, but why cut portions at the same time? That feels like double-dipping. Customers notice these things, and eventually, people will catch on to this unfaithful approach.
I like this Harvey’s, especially the guy named Dixant who is very polite and nice.

I’ve always been a regular customer in this store but encountered a poor service experience just recently. I initially ordered at 4:12PM but ended up receiving it at 4:38PM because the order taker messed up my order. They kept assuring that I’d get it within 5 mins but it never did come on time. I specifically asked, “Can I pay for a honey mustard sauce for my fries?”. In response, they said they didn’t have anything to punch in within their system and it’s only for online order that I don’t have enough time to do it just for the sauce, it’s really unbelievable. I left the store with no apology from them.
