Just had an uber eats delivery. This was disgusting. The meat didn’t taste like meat or maybe it was old or something. There was also a sharp hard object in the burger. Disgusting. Threw it in the garbage where it belonged.

Tried hero burgers with a friend today. And had the most amazing experience with hero family the best in town I would say. The service was amazing. Best food as it said had a dietary restriction about gluten free bun they have that too. Best in town. Best in every way. Would definitely say should give it a try thankyou hero family
Long delays even though restaurant is mostly empty. Followed by inconsistency and clearly cheap management . After my numerous visits to this location I have come to the conclusion the owners or management has chosen to run this location differently compared to others. I visit hero burger's locations all over the city therefore I am reporting with confidence. You'll find a clear lack here, for instance ... all fried options on the menu taste vastly different here vs the location down the street. From my fries to chicken strips taste has always been off. * My previous visit was the last straw though, i was given a burger with missing toppings, knock off bun and a sauce I've never asked for in my life. All this after I waited almost 25 mins for my order on a slow night. If you want your hero burger experience ruined visit this location they will not disappoint. In conclusion management doesn't care about your experience here they'll do whatever it takes to save money even if that ruins your hero burger experience. ?Go down the street!
