I just got out of the restaurant and I’m embarrassed that i took my family to this place they charged us 47 dollar tip without even letting us know and the food was HORRIBLE when i told the manager he said that “if you are looking for a flavor do not come to japanese restaurant go to Indian restaurant” like what are you even talking about worst experience ever

Came here on a Wednesday to celebrate a birthday, we were a group of 8 and 2 kids under 3. The servers/ cooks everyone we spoke to was nice.
The food however was terrible, and such a low quality especially for the price you’re paying. The rice is so dry and there is 0 flavour, steaks has 0 flavour and the salads were soggy. The utensils your served with are disposable plastic. We wanted to order more appetisers and wanted to ask for some extra stuff but there is no waitress/ server that came around after our order was taken. It also wasn’t busy at all I believe it was us and 2 other tables. Our bill came up to about $580 for 8 people.
Would definitely not recommend unfortunately.

I went to this restaurant with my husband he was so hungry we waited until the chef was available to cook for us the presentation was not bad but the chef looked super tired, and finally our food was ready but as i saw my plate there was a hair on my chicken. My appetite died right away.
I didn’t make an issue i told the waiter about the hair and at the end we ended up paying our bill with no apology from them and not even discount.

First the food are too expensive.
The portion of the steak are not followed.
I order 6oz aaa steak but they givexsame portion of those people order a 4oz steak.
The checf is boring. The spatula keep dropping and the egg is cracked too..
If ever you eat on this place make sure choose the food that different to other guests because you will not get the right portion.

Very cool to have a chef cook in front of you! The performance itself was not very impressive, but it's easy for me to say that when I'm not the one doing it. We shared the table with another family, which was fine. It was amusing to see the kids equal parts ecstatic and worried about getting singed eyebrows (no eyebrows were singed, btw, but broccoli were caught. That part was cool!).
The chef's cooking tasted wonderful. I went with some friends, so we were able to try a bit of everything. I got the chicken yakisoba, and it came with lots of noodles. The chicken and vegetables were delicious. I was certainly full by the end of it.
I didn't like the spicy miso though. It lost all the taste that I associate with miso soup. Mild regrets getting it instead of sticking with the one that comes with the meal. The cold salad was nice and crunchy for me, but not for my friend, so it varies.
The price is comparable to meals of a similar portion that I get elsewhere, and you even have the added experience of the chef, so I would say it's a pretty good deal for special occasions. I would take out-of-towners to this place.

It was really good, came at a later time and there wasn't really that many people there.

We had an amazing experience! We had a large group party, and over 12 individuals attended.
Our server Cherry was wonderful. She demonstrated professionalism and patience.
Even with such a large group; bills were split accordingly; having not one issue/concern by any of the guests, which is very commendable.
I look forward to bringing my family there to share the Hibachi experience with them, too.

This was our first time here at this Location, with a Wagjag Coupon.
We were extremely Impressed with the newer young Female Teppanaki Chef!! She Immigrated to Canada not long ago and trained herself at the Restaurant. She was very confident, fun, knife skills & cooking was Great! Impressive for an over dominated profession of Males! Kudos too her & ??!
Everything was very good & we were stuffed! See you's again soon!

We had excellent customer service! Everyone was friendly and courteous. We didn’t have to wait too long to sit at our table. Would recommend to anyone - all ages- for a nice place to dine.

We were really pleased with the entertainment. Really great place to come with a company for some celebration. The explanation of how everything works was a bit not clear, I mean, we were for the first time and had to ask twice to understand what we need/have to oder. The food was good, my husband really liked chicken rice. Honestly, prices are really good for the overall experience

The chef did bare minimum with the show compared to the other chefs we saw next to us. The eggs were completely burnt but instead of remaking it, he mixed it in with the rice so the fried rice tasted like burnt food. I ordered lobster and it was totally overcooked and rubbery. Overall food was salty and below average. The show was really short and the whole experience was 45 mins. We spent $250 for an hour service. It felt like they wanted to do the bare minimum while maximizing the cost. If you are looking for teppanyaki experience, this is NOT the place. Please read the trip advisor reviews which is more accurate than the Google reviews.
