Must-try:
Soy sauce crab – flavorful and unique! I just wish they served seaweed to enjoy it properly. The marinade slightly changes the crab’s texture in an interesting way.
Also good:
Stir-fried squid – tasty, with perfectly crunchy veggies.
Warm option:
Gamja Tang – hearty and comforting, but a touch salty toward the end.

The crabs we were served were extremely salty, and we couldn't taste anything other than soy sauce. The waiter didn't offer any explanation and the service was quite ordinary.

I’ve dine in at JungSooNe Bonga so many times for marinated crab (geeing) and I’d say it delivers a bold and authentic Korean flavor.
The soy‑marinated crab was fresh and tender, with a deep umami richness that clings to each piece, and it lacked any unpleasant “fishy” taste.
The marinade was salty yet balanced, and eating it mixed with rice helped temper the saltiness and made the dish more satisfying overall.
The spicy (gochujang) version added a pleasant heat without overwhelming the natural sweetness of the crab.
Also, while the marinated crab is the star, other menu items (like the seafood pancake or bibimbap) are decent but not exceptional in comparison.
Overall, the marinated crab at JungSooNe Bonga is a must-try for lovers of Korean cuisine: fresh, flavorful, and satisfying — although one should manage expectations about portion sizes and complement it with good side dishes.

The Korean food at JungSooNe Bonga in our second visit was awesome :)
The YangNyeom GeJang which is the raw blue crabs marinated in JungSooNe's special spicy sauce were delicious with a good spice kick :)
The GalBiTang which is the beef ribs soup with glass noodles was savoury and delicious.
The HaeMul PaJeon which is the Korean style pancake with assorted seafood and green onion was crispy and perfectly made. If you are craving a good Korean pancake would recommend here.
The Banchan (Korean side dishes) were delicious.

Would recommend if you are adventurous and craving some good soy sauce marinated raw blue crabs.
