Worst Italian food experience ever. Ordered 3 food 2 came the 3rd ( Carbonara) took so long that we finished our meal. first we waited for the carbonara then the first two got cold and we had to have them once we finished. I asked them to bring the last food in togo box then i tried some of it from the box and it was the most bland food ever. I have been to dt location and it was nothing near this experience. Such a waste

I asked for recommendation for white pasta and the guy suggested for Alfredo chicken pasta, was told to wait 15 minutes but ended up 25 min of waiting, which is fine. But after receiving the pasta, the taste is terrible, there’s only white liquid with soak pasta. Very disappointing of the quality and taste. The pasta cost $25 appx but taste wise is horrible

When it was delivered to me by Uber eats the pasta was rubber. It didn’t even taste like real pasta, and the meatballs were synthetic. They didn’t even taste like real meatballs. Very disappointed!! I tried to send something to Uber eats I don’t know if they received it or not cause sometimes that’s confusing to use

Instead of being approachable or helpful, her attitude made the interaction unpleasant and uncomfortable. I would not recommend dealing with her if you’re expecting professionalism or basic courtesy.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Levetto after ordering their Funghi Pizza through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, it was hands-down the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
When the box arrived, it was soggy and wet—definitely not a good sign. Upon opening it, I was shocked to find what resembled a thick, Roman-style flatbread with large sections completely missing cheese. I gave it a try, but the first bite had me gagging. The dough was undercooked—raw to the point where the texture felt like glue mixed with water. The photos I took clearly show how uncooked and doughy the base was.
I ended up paying over $30 for a pizza that was inedible and made me feel sick. It was a huge disappointment, and I absolutely will not be ordering from Levetto again. I’ll also be warning friends and family to steer clear. Really unfortunate experience.

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo from Levetto through Uber Eats, and what happened was absolutely shocking and unacceptable. As I was eating, I bit into something extremely hard.......turns out there was a metal screw in my food. It chipped my tooth. Yes, a screw.
I have photos of the screw in the food, and this was not some tiny fragment....it was large enough to cause actual dental damage.
This is not just a quality control issue....this is a serious health and safety hazard. I expected better from a restaurant like this. What if a child had bitten into that? What if I had swallowed it?
Truly disappointed, and still in pain. I hope this serves as a wake up call for Levetto to take food safety seriously.
