Do not order IceCream cake from this place ever again if you doesn't want to ruin your kid Birthday. Unfortunately, the cake did not meet the usual standard I’ve come to expect from this store: *The cake was noticeably low-risen. *It arrived already partially melted. *The amount of gummies was disproportionate to the height of the cake, which made the overall presentation poor. I have ordered this same type of cake at least seven times before, and I can provide photos of those orders to demonstrate the clear difference in quality. This most recent order was far below the standard I have consistently received in the past. Customer service was another disaster, they said, that I was supposed to contact them right away ( for sure! Especially when you have 20 kids waiting in front of you with no other bavk up plan!) and return it back and offered me 15% for future purchase.

I’m so sorry to say this but this is by far the WORST marble slab I’ve ever been to. I went in the evening and they did not have 3 of the flavours I wanted to order. They ran out of numerous toppings. The ice cream was literally melting and once I finally did order something, it only filled my cup just half way….. which was horrible because I payed $18 for 2 smalls and they were both barley filled, I couldn’t believe it! The location lacked cleanliness big time. It looked as if someone hadn’t cleaned it in weeks. There was garbage all over the floors and everything was sticking to our feet. It was also very hot inside. They rushed making our ice cream. Literally 1/10 experience.

The owner is very kind and welcoming. There are many choices and all the toppings are included in the price. The ice cream is beyond delicious!

This location is fantastic, we opened the door and boom fresh waffle cones and a wide variety of ice cream. The awesome staff is amazing and a great experience would recommend to everyone. Plus the waffle bowl with cookies and cream and the vegan strawberry banana with fresh strawberries was amazing 👏

Convenient location near Walmart and restaurants. Very tasty ice-cream, but pricey.

I went in at 9:15 pm on a Friday and the worker said they are closed. I was confused how for an ice cream shop to be closed early but I left. I saw the sign on the door it says closed at 10:00pm. Very unprofessional service to not update hours.

So google maps says closed at 1030, your site says closed at 10 but it 9:20 and an employee said store closes at 9 after summer. I don’t get how hard is it to update your hours. You can’t even blame the customer because the due diligence was taken before making the drive to your store. Incompetent business

Disgusting place to buy ice cream. I went in and waited because there was a long line to buy ice cream, there was only 1 person working. While waiting, I saw a fly on the ice cream, left the store without buying anything. It was disgusting, there flies everywhere. I told the store associate and she was like meh. This place should be closed down, no regard for food safety and sanitation. Will report this incident to the authorities.

DO NOT GET THE CHOCOLATE TOPPINGS! We had the chocolate chips and chocolate rock, they were made out of waxy imitation chocolate, will stick to your teeth and the roof of your mouth. The ice cream itself was good.

Always love a visit to marble slab! They always have a great variety of flavours and mix ins to choose from, and they are great with allergies too! They can’t guarantee a completely nut free experience but they do have a special board they keep for mixing ice cream for those with allergies. And if you register with them, they give you a free ice cream on your birthday!

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for nut allergies but cannot guarantee nut free

Parking: Street parking in front and lots of parking in the lot behind!

Kid-friendliness: Great spot for the whole family and offering kids sizes!

Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible by wheelchair.
