I went in at 9:15 pm on a Friday and the worker said they are closed. I was confused how for an ice cream shop to be closed early but I left. I saw the sign on the door it says closed at 10:00pm. Very unprofessional service to not update hours.

So google maps says closed at 1030, your site says closed at 10 but it 9:20 and an employee said store closes at 9 after summer. I don’t get how hard is it to update your hours. You can’t even blame the customer because the due diligence was taken before making the drive to your store. Incompetent business

Disgusting place to buy ice cream. I went in and waited because there was a long line to buy ice cream, there was only 1 person working. While waiting, I saw a fly on the ice cream, left the store without buying anything. It was disgusting, there flies everywhere. I told the store associate and she was like meh. This place should be closed down, no regard for food safety and sanitation. Will report this incident to the authorities.

DO NOT GET THE CHOCOLATE TOPPINGS! We had the chocolate chips and chocolate rock, they were made out of waxy imitation chocolate, will stick to your teeth and the roof of your mouth. The ice cream itself was good.

Always love a visit to marble slab! They always have a great variety of flavours and mix ins to choose from, and they are great with allergies too! They can’t guarantee a completely nut free experience but they do have a special board they keep for mixing ice cream for those with allergies. And if you register with them, they give you a free ice cream on your birthday!
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for nut allergies but cannot guarantee nut free
Parking: Street parking in front and lots of parking in the lot behind!
Kid-friendliness: Great spot for the whole family and offering kids sizes!

Came with my bf around noon on Sunday. Girl was so refreshingly friendly and attentive, ice cream was fresh and tasted good! Please keep up the good work! Will be coming to this location only Came again on Friday same girl was so sweet love her name! Thank you Annia for always being so friendly to customers. It’s main reason we come to this location!

Came here with my mom to claim my birthday ice cream, and the server - who was an older man - was the rudest most unhelpful person ever. 1. My mom had never been here, and he did not explain how to order. 2. When I asked for my birthday ice cream, he became hesitant, as if I wanted to scam him. He said "oh idk", "you need a code". I asked him what code, I have an email here, and he said, "you need to call head office to get a code'
It's a <$5 ice cream, what did it cost you to just prepare it? Even after my mom has already paid for hers, which was $10.
His treatment was rude and distasteful, and immediately left to hide out in the back.
I regret coming here at all. I regret paying for every ice cream I've ever bought from this place. Lastly, Marble Slab, if you're going to advertise a promotion, don't make it insanely hard for your customers to claim it.
Shout out to brands like Starbucks, Sephora, Kiehl's who value their clients and don't ask for more then ID.

I came with my family Sunday night, there was only one girl working, it was so busy but the worker was still able to give us and others good service and was very welcoming and helpful. Nice to see good costumer service nowadays. Ice cream was very fresh and my family loved it. Will definitely be back. Cheers!
I really wanted to give a try to this since I love ice-cream BUT the girl who toke our order and make our ice-cream was very disappointing, I ordered a cookie dough with oreos pieces and smarties pieces for my daughter. And the girl told her she will mixed everything inside the container when she just put scoop of everything and close it up ending LOOKING terrible .very bad service .NEVER COMING BACK. 40 dollars gone
