Employees are so rude I came in to eat with my siblings average day right? The rude employees kept on ignoring us when we asked had to wait 25 minutes for 3 burgers and tater tots! So many other ppl got food before us! Employees ignored us and manager was nice enough to give free coupons for it but seriously! Be better

Never fails to disappoint!!! Messing up with food is what this location does all the time, but how can someone mess up with an order of large coke zero! I asked for less ice., not less fizz. Literally coke flavoured water, not even a hint of fizz.

Avoid this McDonalds at all costs. It is dirty, the wait is super long. Staff are clueless. The garbages were overflowing and fruit flies were everywhere. We waited for over an hour after a concert to get our order and they got our food wrong on multiple items. This place is a wreck.
I also accidentally went through the drive thru a month or so later not realizing it was the same McDonalds, and it was just as bad. We were given the wrong order and then asked to wait out front for more than 30 minutes.

Nothing is ever ready. We always have to wait for something. Even something as simple as fries we are asked to pull over and wait. With our last experience they didn't have ice cream - of any type. It's hands down the most unreliable McDonald's, proven time and time again.

While waiting for our food we looked inside their kitchen and one lady employee (looked old) came from the back took a bunch of fries and ate it right away while the other was packing the order for someone.. no one wears hair net or anything. So unhygienic. They are eating while preparing food.

The young lady who took our order this morning was very sweet and I always have my order messed up from mcdonalds cause I prefer their old blts however this yound lady got the order right from the start put hashbrowns down for us when they hadn't quite started them yet. And the person who made the but nailed it as well. Very impressed for the first time with a mcdonald's in that area. The rest should be demolished and hazmat brought in. Before rebuilding anywhere near those sites in my opinion.
This McDonald’s is an absolute disaster. I ordered a McDouble NO pickles, add lettuce and tomato, well-done. They gave me a cold burger with extra pickles and no tomato. I even took a bite assuming they did their job.
I drive back, explain everything, even tell the cashier, “What if I was allergic?” Her response? A bunch of confused mumbling and a half-hearted “uhh sorry,” like she couldn’t put a full sentence together. Zero apology, zero urgency, zero care.
They remake it, I leave, check it again — and somehow it’s still wrong. No tomato, no ketchup, barely warm. Two tries, same failure.
This place doesn’t listen, doesn’t care, and clearly isn’t trained to handle even the simplest order. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other location. This one is hopeless.

Drive thru always makes you park. No matter what you order

I went to this location for a quick breakfast and noticed that no one in that location wears gloves to prepare food. After the pandemic, every where you go, all food handlers wear gloves, and the well known chain like McDonald, not wearing gloves to prepare food, I am shocked. I bought the food and saw this, I could not eat the food and end up threw away.
