Order a two burrito combo. Hashbrows were fine, but both burritos had almost no egg/sausage filling inside. took a while for someone to take my order as well. First booth person taking order for both lanes and cash during a morning rush. Slow service.

Ordered a mobile order for 2 quarter pounder meals. The patty was so dry and tasted terrible. It was the saddest burger I've had in a long time. I'm guessing patty has been warmed up from the morning. Only giving this 2 stars because we got fresh fries so they were hot. Our root beer wasn't even carbonated.

Place was disgustingly dirty. All tabels were dirty, garbage overflowing, napkins dispenser empty, same.with ketchup container dispenser. Slow service, soggy looking food. I'd give -5 stars if I could.

Extremely long wait times and short staffed. Cashier failed to inform me my coupon is only valid with a minimum $3 purchase and then my app code was used for payment without confirmation of totals and my bill. If I had been informed of my total before transaction was completed it would have avoided all this inconvenience. The staff is always rushing as the wait times are over 20 mins. Extremely disappointed in service.

Washrooms are so bad in Morring 7: 00 looks 3 days not clean … please fix the problem & management????
I have been there so many times but mc donalds location like this is losing its reputation. Both the times the order was wrong i had to wait 10 minutes and on the top of it i ordered veg burger spicy the forgot to put spicy filling and gave me just with the patty like whats wrong with the location? Also none of the cooks wear gloves like i think i should call rev for this and also health and safety inspectors too
I want to take a moment to recognize a McDonald’s employee named Lovekaran (I hope I’m pronouncing his name correctly). I honestly haven’t had such a positive experience in a fast-food restaurant in at least five years.
It was very clear that this guy either truly loves his job, loves kids — or both — and was simply having a wonderful day and sharing that energy with everyone around him.
We ordered my 5-year-old son a burger with no pickles. Of course, my son found one pickle and, being a serious little complainer, made a big deal out of it. I jokingly told him to go complain — and he actually did.
Lovekaran listened to my son so attentively and respectfully, like he genuinely mattered. What impressed me most was that he didn’t push another burger or rush the situation. Instead, he calmly told my son that once he finished his meal, he could come back for an ice cream. That small gesture meant a lot — my son felt heard, respected, and happy.
This kind of kindness and patience is rare, especially in fast-food environments. Employees like Lovekaran make a real difference and leave a lasting impression.
He absolutely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise.
I placed a breakfast order for 20 people the day before and I was nervous, because I was hoping staff would remember everything and have it ready for pick up.
Lovekaran helped me and assured me everything would be perfect and ready for pickup.
I went in today and my order was ready, piping hot and ready to go.
Lovekaran has been a pleasure to deal with from placing my order to picking up my order 2 days later. I really appreciate all your help for making my daughter’s birthday breakfast special and ready.

I had a very disappointing experience. My order was incorrect, and even though I asked for tomato ketchup and was told it was included, it was missing. The staff member I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Better customer service is needed.

The people here are nice but this rating is specifically for the Filipino lady that takes orders in the drive thru. Every morning she’s so rude. She’ll raise her voice and cut you off before you’re done talking, and will tell you to drive thru before you’re even done ordering. It’s every single morning she’s like this
