Unbelievable more than 40 minutes waiting drive in to get food 😡 definitely not coming here again. Why don’t they hire more staff if they know Fridays is busy and they short of people. Terrible service. Definitely not recommended

By far the most repulsive McDonald's location I've visited. I don't know how they pass their health inspections but I'll be reporting them. Washrooms and drink/condiment station were absolutely crawling with flies. Not just a few. Like hundreds of flies, everywhere. Trash cans were overflowing and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Floor and tables were sticky and obviously not clean. Fries were clearly re-fried and all crunchy. This location does not care. At all. I'm surprised corporate doesn't do anything about this.
Worst experience. Ordered a sundae and mcflurry on mobile. It was late. It was busy. But after 45min of waiting we left. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Absolutely terrible service at this McDonald’s. We specifically ordered two ice creams—one caramel and one chocolate. I double-checked the order twice to make sure they got it right. Instead, they messed it up completely. We got one caramel and the other one was just plain ice cream with no chocolate at all. When we asked them to fix it, they literally dumped the plain ice cream into a cup, threw a spoonful of chocolate on top, and called it a day. We even have photos of this nonsense. Honestly, it was a ridiculous experience and a complete joke.

The worst place! Was parked waiting for a Mac and fries for 15min. Delivery to the car was dismal- not even a single word, just a nasty look…excuses are nonexistent. Right way to lose desire to visit any McDonald in future

i got charged $40 for 3 cheeseburgers and i told the women i live far away from here so i can’t come back any time she said dw they will refund and i waited and didnt get refund and when i called the branch they said they aren’t assisting me if i dont come there even tho i have the receipt number and everything i would never come here again and food looks like they gave a blind person to make the burgers i would genuinely rather eat dog food than go there again

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience . I ordered a cheese and egger and specifically mentioned multiple times that I want cheese and egg. My order was confirmed three times – including twice at the window, yet I was still given a meat-containing product.
This is completely unacceptable. As a vegetarian, this has caused us emotional and mental distress, and we take this very seriously. When we pointed out the mistake, the only response we received was a refund – no apology, no explanation, and no assurance that steps would be taken to avoid this happening again.
We requested that the incident be investigated, if there is any way that you guys have recorders or cameras at the drive-thru. We want to know how such a mistake happened despite repeated confirmations.
McDonald’s needs to take greater responsibility for dietary preferences and restrictions. This isn't just a customer service issue; it's a matter of trust, health, and ethics.
Please address this properly and ensure it does not happen to anyone else.

I waited for more than 30 minutes for my burger. The restaurant was very busy, but the manager should have had the common sense to schedule more staff to handle the rush. The management and supervision were very poor, as they were unable to manage the crowd effectively. Customers who ordered after me received their food before I did, and when I asked about my order, I was simply told to keep waiting. This was by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
