This is the worst McDonald’s by far. Even if nobody is in the drive thru behind you they will still have you pull over and have you waiting in your car for 15-20 minutes which is unacceptable. They also never get your order right regardless of what it is, just wasted my time having to drive all the way back because my order was wrong. They are very rude and when I went back inside I witnessed the person making my burger without gloves on, hands all in the lettuce putting it on the burger bare hands looked extremely unhygienic and did not proceed to eat my food that was disgusting.

A few weeks ago, at around three in the morning, I visited this location in Mc Donald; at that time, everything else was closed. Even McDonald's was only serving coffee and drinks, but a nice employee was still giving me meals at the moment. Thank you so much for your kind assistance.

Zero star! Today there was this rude and uneducated dude (dude ? Not really sure ) at the cashier and I simply asked him a question and he answered my question with a load of attitude, don’t know who is giving these people a job , looks like this location has no standards when hiring and customer service is not important to them

this is the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. i waited about 45 minutes to get my order. the lady handing out the food was disgusting and rude to me. my big mac had no meat. my fries had no salt and my drink was the wrong size. Next, my friend got a mac crispy and it we checked and had no mayo and little to none lettuce, the big mac he got also had way. to much sauce to the point it was almost unbeatable from the pure amount on the burger. furthermore, the drink machine options lacked the flavor syrup and only the root-beer was flavoured

The breakfast was horrible and our eggs were mushy Our latte and French vanilla drinks were watery And who the heck wants french fries with their breakfast instead of a hash brown Never again Tim Hortons breakfast is much better

Even when busy these guys do their best to get everything done, my group of 4 came after wonderland and they cleared the line of people in 15 minutes with a drive thru as well
I went to this location in the morning before work as thinking of McDonald is fast service actually it’s opposite. I ordered through drive in waited 15 mins, the car in front of me still there and I’m already late for work. So I have to park and go to the front pick up my order. The girl just past my order without saying anything. Even not an apology or explanation. People come to McDonald because of reasonable pricing and short wait time what happened to this location. Experience is so bad and slow don’t come to this location ever.

I had the worst experience ever was there at 10 am today & the lady that was working the drive thru was extremely rude.
I was ordering my usual & she decided to tell me how I should order… attitude! I didn’t like how she was speaking to me, I told her right away if you’re not happy with your job don’t take it on me!! What is wrong with her unbelievable the worst customer service ever that I ever experienced at a McDonald’s in my life. Because of how she spoke to me I backed up and canceled the order, told her I don’t even wanna order anymore… zoom zoom
