As a late night drive turned in to wanting McDonald’s I walked in and ordered a hamburger and a large fry, when I received the fry the fries were stale and orange like they have been sitting in oil for a while. After I tried a few fries I realized they do not taste like McDonald’s fries rather they taste like garbage. I walked back to the counter where I was greeted by a worker and asked for a change of fries since of the issue I was having and she said yes no problem! She proceeds to start throwing the fries out then the manager comes up and says what’s the issue. As I explained the issue the manager started yelling and was accusing me of eating half of the French fries and then says where are all of your fries sir after the worker threw out half of the box. She then proceeds to say “our fries are cooked in oil not water” in a yelling voice since I said it tastes like it has been sitting in oil. So after a little argument and screaming from the manager she changed the fries to a fresh batch with then tasted better like McDonald’s fries. Overall horrible service from the manager and it ruined my whole McDonald’s experience and because of this I will never be visiting this McDonald’s again. I wish the managers understood that they have customers paying for their food which has a reputation to follow and not to scream and yell at customers asking for a fresh batch of fries.Thanks,Noam

The food was ok what you would expect from McDonald’s. I would recommend checking your table for cleanliness before sitting down when dining in. Ours wasn’t the cleanest. The poutine was average. I asked for extra habanero sauce on my Spicy habanero mc chicken and they loaded it up to the point where it’s very excessive they also added mustard onto my burger when I didn’t ask for it.The waste bin/area needs to be emptied way more often as it was overflowing.

The worst drive through service.It took them too long to make your food.There are "reserved" places on the side and they dony move vehicles to the reserved places because they don't want to get out of the restaurant to hand deliver the food.

This is such an unpleasant place to come . People here have no hygiene or sanitation skills while cooking . We are finding hairs . Guy who was cooking at the back was touching his hairs and then touching the burger back . Staff is freakin rude no one has no sense to talk to customers and the service oh my god is worst I have ever seen . Their hairs are always open and managers or supervisors whatsoever they do nothing instead they are the ones who don’t even wash hands and don’t even tuck their hairs properly like so unhygienic.Today I went to this mcd the lady with blonde hairs assuming to be supervisor apparently is so rude and doesn’t have any sense or respect towards customers . She’s rude as hell and also when i was with my friend we were waiting for our food for so long and she gave free drinks and deserts to her family and friends in front of us and even the customers who came after us and our order was just fries like what’s wrong with her . Learn some sense and mcd shouldn’t hire people who doesn’t know how to be hygienic. Her name was “PRIYA” she told us we don’t know if it was true but she ain’t got no freakin sense .i am never gonna get to this place ever again .so rude staff and service every time I go they behave so bad with me and hell I m paying for my meal .learn how to act like a mature and responsible person .

I ordered my food and it took to long for a just a fries. The lady offered free drinks for a group of girls and she offered them ice cream and she was rlly nice abt it . and when I asked about my order she said in a loud tone with a bad behaviour “OK ITS COMING WAIT” when I told her “ I didn’t say anything be nice” she tells the other employees that I always come and complain and I was suprised because it’s my first time here and got a bad experience never coming here againThe lady was with a blond hair and she seems a supervisor. Her name was “ PRIYA “ that what she SAID.

Bad employees and bad customer service I ordered egg and cheese i asked for extra toasted extra butter they didn’t put it than i went back to them to renew it they forgot the butter they didn’t even apologize for the mistake and the egg is sooo old
